Review Time
Look at what they told me — they will cancel my subscription but won’t refund the money. My recommendation is not to use this type of app because it’s nothing special. The content is low-quality, and you can find much better and more content-rich apps for free.I will file a complaint with both the European and American Consumer Rights Commissions!Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns. I understand that this situation is difficult for you.As previously explained, the €92.99 charge was for a lifetime subscription to Walking Yoga, which is a one-time payment granting access for life. We have canceled this subscription to ensure you will not be charged again. Please note that according to our subscription policy, payments for subscriptions, including lifetime subscriptions, are non-refundable once processed. This policy is clearly stated during the purchase process. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any other questions or support you may need.Best wishes,
It’s legit, not a scam as most reviews says but was not happy with the videos/recordings/what was offered. Had to turn on the app while walking and if I remember correctly there’s music accompanying me while walking. There are some exercises to be done but they don’t tell you how to do it but just tell you verbally mostly. I hated that. Notifications don’t work. I paid for 2/3 months but used it for only 2 days! Couldn’t find their cancellation policy anywhere so wrote in to Customer Service whose service was ok. They responded within 24 hours. It would have been nice if they offered to refund me after 2 days of using it. It was not for me but I can see why some people liked it.
I signed up for the 30-day trial first £12 and was shocked to find another £24.47 taken from my account today without warning. I was never clearly shown or asked to agree to any terms authorising this charge, and I haven’t even used the app yet and been told that this trial ends in under a month too. How can they do this if I haven't even used it??It’s incredibly misleading and feels like a deliberate trap to catch people out. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one—there are loads of people saying the same thing. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-off issue.Avoid this app unless you want to be charged without consent. I’ve had to contact support just to cancel, and now I’m chasing a refund, which they're saying I'm not entitled to. Extremely disappointing and dishonest practice. How do you give ZERO stars?!
Without ConsentI signed up for the 7-day free trial and was shocked to find £25 taken from my account without my knowledge or proper warning. Poor customer service, paid for 7 days trial not even a free trial! Didn’t like it or use it, in small print they took £24 after the 7 days. I contact them explained as good will asked for money back they refused. I have sent this to customer services email provided and they refused refund due to your terms I didn’t see
