call your credit card company and file a dispute. that is the only way these scammers will stop trying to take payments from your account. (Until they find another way to scam people)They take payments even after you’ve given them ample notice of cancellation a month before the next payment is due.
AVOID!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Signed up for a weeks paid trial. Cancelled after 3 days as the app is utterly useless. After the week was up, I was embezzled out of €28.55 for a months subscription I didn't authorise. Received a generic no doubt AI generated email stating they would under no circumstances refund the subscription. BRUTAL APP, A FRAUDULENT DEVELOPER WITH ZERO CREDIBILITY AND EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
AVOID!!! Same here, signed up for one month and realised today after looking through bank statements that they charged £24.47 the following month. No communication whatsoever that this was a rolling subscription. Only one email received confirming an order and then you are suddenly charged for the next month without any consent, communication or confirmation the payment was taken. Very sneaky and absolutely misleading! I have contacted the company (order number 1889137) and got a similar reply from Nora that they would cancel any further payments but won’t refund anything!! Be transparent and upfront, own up and refund people the money!
Again like many users signed up to a 1 month trial of this app. Noticed I was charged the following month, a subscription I did not consent to or sign up for. Utterly misleading. The responses received by other users say they are sorry and working hard for more clarity...nonsense be up front and honest and refund me my £24.99 Walking Yoga-2362670 I have contacted your help service already
Really Poor App, consisting of a bit of calming music absolutely not worth the money. A few arm swings please don't waste your money. You do not get any renewal notifications before the month is up, I’ve therefore been charged today a monthly subscription, it’s a bit misleading as I can’t find anywhere in my original email that they would automatically renew. Thought I was just signing up for a month. I’ve emailed and had a response very quickly however “no refund policy”. Safer not to purchase in the first place **To respond to your message I have contacted your customer service several times with no resolution. Happy to do so again if I will get this resolved
I went to subscribe, put in my payment info...decided to check reviews before hitting the payment approval button. My bank statement shows that I completed that purchase when I did not. I've had message exchanges three times over 24h....they refuse to budge. Scam, for sure....effers
Steer well clear of I signed up for a trial. You can’t cancel though. Money taken from my account. No reminders given before money taken. They refuse to refund. Classic subscription trap and that’s how they make their money. DONT DO IT OF YOU WERE CONSIDERING IT.
Do not use this company, they take money from your account that has not been authorised and won’t offer a refund. Very unsatisfactory. Avoid them an all costs!!!! Or it will indeed cost you….The reply from Walking Yoga is meaningless. I contacted them and they refused to refund me! Pretending to be understanding or helpful on here is just a PR stunt.
