I paid initially and didn't realise I had inadvertently subscribed. It must have been quite hidden or clever as I look out for such things. Now they've taken payment for a further three months - £41. I dont want it. I wrote. They replied with the standard ' nothing we can do about it' reply. If course there is! They could refund me as I requested It's THEIR CHOICE . I feel I've been scammed. This is unethical. The government has been discussing this very topic. This is a disreputable company. Dont use them. I'm adding this afteir reply expressing their sadness at my experience and saying they are teviewing their policy a d I should contact them. I have contacted them. They have replied three times saying, as above - too bad - that's just how itbis as Ive written about above....
Signed up for the “one month” subscription. Unable to continue after day 2 due to an Achilles injury. The app itself is very good. However you do not get any renewal notifications before the month is up, I’ve therefore been charged today a monthly subscription, it’s a bit misleading as I can’t find anywhere in my original email that they would automatically renew. Thought I was just signing up for a month. Possibly my fault for not reading everything at the initial enquiry stage. I’ve emailed and had a response very quickly but as others have stated on here they there “no refund policy”. Wonder how many otherCustomers have also been caught out. Just find the whole thing misleading so won’t be returning to this app once my injury has healed.
SCAMMERS - Signed up to a free trial and got charged £25 after I had cancelled the trial. They are refusing to refund me and I have had to report them to my bank as they set up a standing order without my permission!! You only have to read this has been done to several people and time and time they get away with it. Disgusting.
I clicked on a link to calculate "walking" distance for weight loss based on age and body type. The link took me to walking yoga, and I didn't realize it was walking combined with yoga until I signed up because you couldn't get any information without signing up. (Updated: I am physically unable to do yoga and explained that in my original request.) Walking Yoga refused to refund, and of course, the information provided by them did not mention their misleading advertisements. Since I can't get a satisfactory resolution, I am writing this review so no one else falls for the false Instagram advertising.Update on 5/20/2025. Walking Yoga requested I send my information for review. Even though they acknowledged they needed to review their advertising and provide more information before signing up, in their reply comment below, they were again not willing to refund my initial payment.
Totally useless.The app doesnt work properly. Some days it doesn't move on, but repeats the same thing. While doing the session, it drops out and resets to the start instead of picking up in the same place. I had to faff about trying to find where I was up to.When it does work - you're expected to find a path in nature - and then stand and do yoga poses - in public - err no.Don't waste your money. Walking Yoga admin - Don't bother replying with your fake concern. You aren't interested that it didn't work and refused to refund. This is a SCAM. You sign up for a trial via their non stop ads and they set you up as a subscriber. The subscription doesn’t show up via google play or apple because it was via website so you need to send them an email to cancel which is written in their terms & conditions and NOT clearly stated. To top the scamming, the app is crap.
Similarly to other customers who have reviewed, I signed up for a 3 month period and, when allowed access to plan, realised that it wasn’t for me. I didn’t use it once and had forgotten completely that I had even signed up for it. I let the plan run out without realising that, unless you cancel, the plan auto-renews. I’ve been charged for the auto renewal (money I cannot afford to lose) and sent an email today to the website - the day the money came out of my account - to ask for a refund. I was told that, as per their policy, they could not refund after the money had been taken. I didn’t receive any reminders of auto renewal payments prior to the payment being taken, which might have been kind for a site that suggests it support well-being. My anxiety levels are way up. I would bear this in mind if signing up.
I signed up for a free trial and downloaded the app after day 1 I realised this wasnt for me, after 3 days I cancelled and now they have billed me for a subscription! Walk away from this scam before you loose anymore money. Join a gym it's more helpful and cheaper. Over £30 I've lost for nothing apart from an app that I downloaded, no help no body to talk to, no advice or guidance so what are you paying for.
