Whirlpool has lost their business integrity and care for their customers

After buying a whirlpool washing machine, I have had it serviced 3 times, spent $100’s trying to fix it… so sent whirlpool an email explaining my machine that just won’t operate properly. They declined to help me in an email back and offered zero help. Stay away from whirlpool… bad company

Faulty refrigerator since delivery

This refrigerator was delivered on 6/29/24 by Thornberrys. It has NEVER worked correctly, the refrigerator is too cold and the freezer is too warm. A repairman has been to my house 7 times, and finally today determined the freezer is leaking freon and it needs a new seal system. I've wasted countless hours and lost food waiting for whirlpool to resolve this issue. Now I'm supposed to wait for yet another repairman, because the one who came today doesn't do that kind of repair. I am beyond frustrated and want a new refrigerator, but whirlpool won't do that because they think it can be fixed. So I have to waste more time and groceries in the hopes that they will fix the problem.

TERRIBLE New Washer! and Service... so sad

We ordered a new washer and dryer. Both work great to do the job, but the spin cycle on the washer sounds like a freight train or huge helicopter in our basement and shakes our house basically! It's leveled perfectly, and it's just the model. Terrible. Had it about 8-9 days and Lowe's nor Whirlpool will do anthing or take it back. Since not technically "faulty" I would have to pay to have a service person even look at it. TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL!Especially Model WTW8127LW1

Whirlpool Customer Service

Today11/5/2024, I have been on the phone with whirlpool for 43 minutes on hold because there's no other way or number to contact whirlpool customer service number (800-253-1301). I've been given the run around and ignored. 7 months ago I purchased a range and it broke down a few days ago, one burner stays continuously on and the others are loose and came off. I regret ever walking into home depot and buying this brand. I wish I could give them a 0.

I wish I could give zero stars. Whirlpool gave me an extraordinary ugly poor service. The delivery team brought the refrigerator and left it in the garage and never repaired it. When I called, I was transferred to 4 different departments and phone numbers and each said that wasn't a part of their job. My request still remains unsolved.

At this point I wish I could give 0 stars. Washer is broke in less than a year, purchased at home depot, extend warranty from All-State, and getting nothing but automated systems, hung up on, complete run around from all of them, thoroughly irritated, can't get any assistance on a weekend, will never ever recommend to anyone again.

Whirlpool corporation unprofessional process

Hello, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and I'm pretty sure you guys are eating on this day. However my family is not happy on this day. Due to the fact I had a gas leak from my Whirlpool stove which is only 2 years old on October 28th. I made a complaint with whirlpool, they sent an Whirlpool Tech out on November 5th the tech indicated that my stove was a manufacture defect and he was surprised that it did not blow up because gas was just leaking through the stove, that is why the stove stopped working. Detect inform me that someone will contact me in 24 hours to let me know the process. I did not hear anything from Whirlpool. I contacted whirlpool on November 8th and was told that they are still waiting for the pictures of my stove and someone with contact me. I contacted Whirlpool several times and it was indicated to me that I will have a stove by Thanksgiving. When I contacted Whirlpool the third time because I did not hear anything from Whirlpool a representative disputed back and forth with me and informed me that Whirlpool is not giving me a new stove but they are going to pay for the repairs. I did not hear anything back from Whirlpool so I called again a week later in a young man told me that he see my complaint & my order but it was just sitting, nothing had been done , the order has not been forward to be processed. That is very unprofessional because my family is suffering. The young man did assist me and informed me that he can get me another stove. I explained to him this been an ongoing issue for 2 years back and forth with Lowe's the company which I purchased it from in 2022. The young man also informed me that I will have to pay $150 to get a new stove and it would take 3 weeks for the stove to arrive. My issue is if this was addressed originally on October 28th, my family and I would have a new stove on this Thanksgiving Holiday to be able to cook food. If this issue was addressed when I spoke to the representative the approximately around November 13th instead of her disputing back and forth with me unprofessionally. I would still have a stove today. This matter is very unprofessional this has put me & my children at safety when we woke up on October 28th and spelled gas and I had to contact consumer energy. I am not a happy camper at this moment and I need this issue addressed fast as possible. When I paid my the $150 on November 18th. I have not received an email confirmation or any correspondence regarding the new stove that I supposed to be receiving. But Whirlpool have my $150 payment. What is going on here? I called Whirlpool safety team on November 26th and a young lady informed me that I would not receive correspondence someone would just contact me to deliver the stove, that does not make any sense to me. All I have is a text message of a proof of $150 purchase with no further information. At this point, I feel like I should not have to even pay $150 for a new stove when it's negligence and manufacture defect, it has been negligence and and lack of professional duties when my complaint and issue was not forwarded to the appropriate source to be processed and it was not processed until November 18th that is very sad and I'm highly disappointed.

LEMON Refrigerator

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator because I assumed Whirlpool was a quality name in the appliance world. I thought so because my Whirlpool dishwasher was 15 years old when I purchased my home. Great little machine. It ended up lasting another 15 years for a total of 30 years, if you can believe it. I digress, this refrigerator looks nice but it is the worst piece of workmanship possible. I don’t understand how WHIRLPOOL can sell such low grade appliances and expect consumers to return ever again for another appliance. It has been serviced so many times, I lost count. My last refrigerator lasted 20 years. There has to be a good quality appliance company out there, but WHIRLPOOL is NOT IT, sorry to say!!!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be repaired for more than a month because they are waiting for parts. It stopped working after 6 months.

Whirlpool is garbage!

Just purchased a home with whirlpool stove & microwave in it. Notice about a week ago a missing parts out of the microwave & the stove as well. I called them to report the missing parts they tell me cause it’s been more than 30 days they can’t honor it to replace the missing parts. In all my years of owning appliances I never had whirlpool for many reasons, I would never ever purchase anything from them & before you purchase I will advise you to make sure all your parts are there. Horrible company to do business with!
