The technician tried to impress but was beaten by restrictions imposed on him by WildanetThe end result, several ugly white plastic items standing on thr floor or hanging off the wall just a metre inside the front door and these items only provided a good wifi signal to 4 out of 16 devices that require connection to the internet. The only device that got to the advertised speed was a laptop when moved to a line of sight of the router. It is likely that other fibre broadband will deliver the same shoddy installations which leave the homeowner spending time and more money to create a wifi rich house.
Martin was very experienced and helpful when he installed my new broadband.I was grateful for all his help. I am so delighted to finally be free of BT who pay absolutely no attention to what you report to them. I am looking forward to having a great relationship with Wildanet.
From the initial sales reps to the installation engineers and customer service personnel, the experience has been wholly positive.The installation engineer, Matt, was efficient, friendly, and informative. The two guys who did the outside trench and ducting were neat and tidy and very polite.Everyone I've either spoken to or emailed at Customer Service has been extremely helpful. Jody was very prompt in sorting out a minor issue, and the people in the accounts department answered my queries excellently.I thoroughly recommend Wildanet, especially as it is based in Cornwall.
Our engineer, Chloe was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I received alot of communications, 16 texts to say the engineer was coming on the 6th but turned up on the 5th. Surveyor useless.Workmen, quick and tidy.Connection and equipment, good so far.
