The installers Finn and Kai were very helpful and proffesional making sure I was happy with everything before leaving. A bit more notice regarding installation date would have been helpful but overall happy with the service.

The technician tried to impress but was beaten by restrictions imposed on him by WildanetThe end result, several ugly white plastic items standing on thr floor or hanging off the wall just a metre inside the front door and these items only provided a good wifi signal to 4 out of 16 devices that require connection to the internet. The only device that got to the advertised speed was a laptop when moved to a line of sight of the router. It is likely that other fibre broadband will deliver the same shoddy installations which leave the homeowner spending time and more money to create a wifi rich house.

A company in pursuit of excellence. Moving from SKY to Wildanet was the best move we have made. Like all new providers there is always teething problems, but the test of any good company is not the problems, but how those problems are resolved. Wildanet have gone over and above in the service they have provided and their friendly, but professional attitude and their attention to detail in providing the best knows no bounds. Letitia, Rachel, Major, Joanna and last but not least Jody, who came in after 6pm and on his way home, have been amazing in sorting out the problems, which turned out to be caused by the layout of the house. A very pleasant change from SKY. Thank you all at Wildanet.
