Really helpful and efficient right from the word go. From Jack Challoner who answered all of our initial questions clearly and continued to help right up to the installation. To Derek Jamie and Josh, the installation team, who were brilliant. Very pleased so far 10/10.
Aaron and ollie were great! They set us up quickly and efficiently.They ran through every step with us! They were really down to earth, we couldnt fault them.Both men were amazing with our autistic 6 year old daughter when she came home from school they took time inbetween what they were doing or telling us about to answer her thank you to them both they are a credit to the teamOur daughter is happy there's no more lag in games
The installation was very smooth and professional especially as it wasn't a straightforward installation, just a shame that it took 5 years from when we first registered with them.Had it been within 12 months like the rest of the village was connected they would have had a full 5 stars
Only giving 4 stars due to having to wait a while and having no communication from wildanet I had to chase them.But I have to say the installation went smoothly Derek was very informative and told me what he was doing through the whole process from the work outside and then inside.Tidying up as he went have no complaints.Only been running a week but working fine 👍
After waiting nearly 18 months Wildanet finally landed in the road outside of my property and were good to go. Still had a bit of BT contract left so was in no rush to sign up but when Wildanet came a knocking at my door and explained what was on offer it got me thinking.Received several emails, a couple of mail shots then a very enthusiastic sales person called Jack C got me on the phone.He knew his stuff, was a bit too keen for my liking but did rein it in when I got bolshy. To be honest wildanet should be proud of him as he got the ball well and truly rolling.After signing up (subject to site survey) it wasn't long before two very polite site surveyors turned up. For once they listen to what I wanted and not what necessarily the easy option and agreed with my request. Not quit sure what happened because a week later two different surveyors turned up to survey the survey! Not to be out done they listened as well and agreed what I wanted was a goer. Shortly after this the groundwork team arrived and again listened as I didn't require a mini digger mucking up my garden and dug channel by hand (bearing in mind it was about a 100 metres or so down my drive and around the front of my house)Very tidy workers and very polite. Next came the external box and fibre ' blown' through pre layed cable all very professionally handled.This just left connection which happened a couple of days later. Joshua arrived puntually, put cable and internal box just as requested and did a very neat job.We were soon 'good to go'We have only been connected for a couple of weeks, speed is good (marvellous compared to BT) so all in all it has been a very good experience so far.Am now waiting to see how the billing and admin side of things works but this is not what I am here currently to report on as I was asked to review how things had gone so far.
The team at Wildanet have been exceptionally helpful. Things were sliding in the wrong direction, but first Anna steadied the ship and took proactive actionn which was very comforting.Then Andy, the attending engineer, went above and beyond in terms of information, contact and overall guidance through the process calling and messaging with updates and always following up.All in all an exceptional experience and a team that are a credit to the organisation - if the whole team are like Anna and Andy then they can't fail but to succeed.Regards,Anthony
