Prompt Installation following survey…

Installation followed a week after an on site survey and the service was running the same day.The in-house equipment was carefully located to be almost inconspicuous.Special thanks to Chloe and Kai for care with installation and with updating of WiFi password.

Well that was easy

Well that was easy. From sign up to survey to installation today, all exactly as promised. Dan and Andy arrived when they said and have just left. Installation took just under 2 1/2 hours including making a fuss of the dogs. Immediate improvement in download speed, now 204 mbps to the house and 124 mbps to my office even without the booster which is due in a day or so. 3 times faster than EE at less than 50% of the price.

Instantly 10 x faster Internet!

I can honestly say that so far (been connected for week or so) Wildernet have been excellent. The engineers were efficient,tidy and explained clearly. They respected that as a listed building we couldn't put cables too visible. I was given helpline numbers, email etc. Communication was great. Now the important bit. Our Internet was instantly 10 x faster! No dropping or poor signal. I can now talk on the phone with problems. I live in a big, granite building and still good internet throughout (could get a booster if needed). I am Wildernet's biggest fan! Thank you.

Just had Wildanet install my broadband

Just had Wildanet install my broadband, the engineer Jack was very helpful and professional and did a great job.The only problem was the survey team which I understand was outsourced, two men came looked at the connector in the garage and left. And did not inform Wildanet that they had not completed the survey.
