The service never worked on my phone…

The service never worked on my phone and I was told that my phone is the problem. My phone worked very well until I switched to winsim. The customer service didn`t help at all and wasn`t interested to find a solution. Thankfully I could cancel the contract within a month. I paid 3 months money for no service. Don`t choose winsim. Worst service ever.

I left Germany for some months. They don't want to cancel my contract and keep trying to sell me with cheaper options. Horrible customer service, avoid.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY that even THREAT their customer

1. FRAUDULENT COMPANY2. Target on foreigners3. THREAT TO SUE ME BY 3RD PARTYI ordered WinSim in Aug. 2019, and never receive the sim card. I've been continually contacting the customer service through their website, telephone, e-mail, and Facebook messenger for a month. The customer service claimed that they've sent 4 sim cards already, and it's my postman's problem, not theirs, however, I had received several mails in hard copy from WinSim that ask me to pay the bill.I was charged the monthly fee twice without using any of their service, so I cancelled the contract on Sep. 18. They not only refuse to pay my money back, but say that I should pay for the fee until Oct. 31.I declined to pay for it. And yesterday, I recieved an email from the 3rd party that threat me to pay for a 109 euro bill, or else they'll sue me.Worst company ever, don't even worth a star.

I asked them for a courtesy to end my contract b.c I'm not satisfied with the rates and in return they started to give me legal bulls* thing. What a crap. I've discouraged new students to not to use this service at all. How weird it is to use their service for 1 more year. CRAP.

do not go with winsim!!!

Ridiculous charges for internet not used abroad!! Plus running out almost every month although I use wifi at home. After my contract was signed, 1,000 better offers for more GB. Not happy. Terrible provider
