Review Time
As they had my first bad review taken down so here is another. They suck. They hide behind their contracts and small print as an excuse to treat their customers like crap. You can see it in their replies to these review too, they think they are right just because they have the contract. Yes, you are legaly entitled to take more money from me, but you are terrible people for doing it. Im sick of these german phone/net companies acting like they own you and can take whatever money they want. They are waiting to get people who dont speak good German so that they can trick you into paying more and more. They wont say that the price goes up after a year or so, they wont say you have to tell them 3 MONTHS before the contract ends if you dont want to renew. To cancel the contract, you need to send an email to an address that they dont display on their website (wonder why...) These are anti consumer business practices and this company is very greedy. And stop reporting my reviews because i'll just keep writing more :)
Don't know where to start. They literally try to get as much money from you as possible. They withdrawn 70 euros from my account because I made a phone call to a Dutch hospital. Furthermore, the customer service wanted to hung up when I explained the situation. I filled in a customer complaint and all I got was the same information in German, even if I asked to get it in English, since my German is still not on good communication level. They refused not only to help me, they didn't provide my of any kind of information which might be useful.If they think it's acceptable behaviour to charge 70 euros for a 13 minute phone call in the Netherlands with not any constructive support from their side. I think it's acceptable to warn people NOT to use this provider.
Worst service. I have cancelled my contract which ends on Jan 23 2020 and I requested for number portability and till now I did not receive a proper feedback. I have written an E mail on 21st Jan 2020 till now no feedback.You can forgot about the customer service, no one will speak in a proper way. As of my experience I won’t suggest for any of my friends to select this network WINSIM. Thank you Chandrashekar Gummadi
I contracted from 29.january.2018 to 29.01.2020,but from the first day had the mobile problems,around of it's touchscreen didnt work and i couldnt use too much the mobile,but i say ok,i contracted and i pay for two years and i use my old mobile,then i wrote them in 8.november,that i do not want to extend my contract because you gave me a not-working mobile and then told me,that i should repair it,then they extend my contract to 29.january.2021 and they said,you must cancel your contract befor 30.october .i told you gave me a bad product,that didnt work and i want to special cancel because you gave me bad product and then they told me very rude,that i must to pay 263 euro to cancel my contract now,and it is 107euro more than my yearly costs. haha...i wont pay anything more and i will talk to a lawyer and never never again i will contract with winsim and i will tell to everybody to DO NOT CONTRACT WITH winsim
I ordered a Sim from this site, it's been a month I didn't get any email from them yet how to open it, I don't have any pin or puk number, in my service welt there is only one pin number which is the Sim m using thats I am not satisfied with their's device, is so bad whenever I call in customer care they don't speak English....
Trying to reach them, I booked a contract with them and almost 4 weeks now I still did not get my phone! They never answered my E-mail and I had to call them so often that I almost spend 1,5hours on the phone because I had to wait so long!!! I always hear that I will get my phone soon but still nothing, also they never speak english and I always need to get someone that speaks german to speak with them. I really hope they can compensate me for what I am going through.
This company genuinely sucks. I am trying to quit my monthly contract and they tell me I have to pay a fee of 160 euros. This is more than I pay in one year contract. Unbelievable, I can understand the fee to keep my number of 29,90 but they extended my contract for one year more without asking me or sending an email about it. The worst phone provider I ever had. They do not answer emails in English, the Please do not ever choose this company!
Sorry bad never again with Winsim, no customer support , usage abroad is a joke, it worked for 2 weeks , now that they know I will leave in 2 weeks , they excluded me again from that service, its quit ok if you only use it in your homecountry , but do yourself a favor and chose another service provider
