Wish I could give it zero starsCancelled contract and moved outsupposedly I had to pay 8 euros, they kept sending letters to my address that I had already unregistered, so one day I get an email (FINALLY) from a collection agency that I owe 123 euros. Really, what a horrible thing to do.
Atleast you people are paying for using. I never received a simcard and these people are deducting monthly payment from my account. I tried to send them a mail. They said give us a call to cancel contract when i tried calling them they didn't reply. Worst company ever. Do not ever trust them.
This company is not acting like a serious business, they are treating their customers badly and are only hot for their money! Three times, I had to pay 50€ because they said I was using my Data outside the EU, even though I stayed the whole time in Airplane mode. Their enterprise is a big scam and I would never buy there again.
I bought the SIM card few months ago (around august) I took 2 prepaid SIM card (that I can cancel easily without headache) but I realised they charged me twice for the payment in my account. since than I decided to cancel them the next day without hesitation but the problem is still coming. They still charge me took the money from my account every month even tho I cancelled from 2months ago and we called them back it says they still continue to charge till the next 3months. What the fck ?!?? I decided to take prepaid so I can cancel anytime (exactly like ur advertised!!!).Why u doing like that?!?? I do not understand I’m never use ur SIM card anyway since I bought it also my second number that I bought for my son we never use it. But this company is bulshitt !!!! Is just only lies.. I read all disappointed customer here in the beginning and I won’t believe it but now it’s happened to me for real!!! Pleaseee to people over there specially new comer in town or just a tourist, I suggest just buy SIM card from a good company and trusted even tho you have to pay more but at least u will not wasted ur money and ur time. I change to Vodafone and I’m very satisfied with it and they’re speak English!!
I have a current WINSIM mobile account and never had many problems with them, other than not accommodating non German speakers. I opened a couple of additional accounts and transferred them both to other people. Because I said WINSIM was great. One guy did not change the name on the account and stopped paying, but he changed the other information so that I never was notified about anything. I received a letter from the Collection Agency. WINSIM HAS NEVER NOTIFIED ME! I;M SENDING EMAILS DAILY, ASKING THEM TO RETRIEVE THS FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY, SO I CAN PAY IT, SINCE I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED!!! YOU THINK THEY WOULD WANT MY MONEY! MY OTHER ACCOUNT IS CURRENT. WHY WOULD I LET ANOTHER ACCOUNT GO DELINQUENT??? EVEN WHEN I HAD 2 ACCOUNT SIMULTANEOUSLY, THEY BOTH STAYED PAID.WINSIM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! WINSIM'S CUSTOMER RETAINMENT SUCKS!!!The collection agency has CLOSED the case, since they realized I was never contacted.
They will not terminate your contract and they will steal money from your account even if you provide all documentation they ask for termination of the contract. They will harass and scare you with legal notices too after they have stolen money from your account after the cancellation of the contract. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will end up costing you much more.
