I called the Hotline however I could even talk about my problem because no one could speak in English.I got a excessive bill last month (July 2019) when I usually I get a bill less than 15€.Something happened during my last trip and I got this huge bill.During my trip las month I got a message saying that my preis-limit was reached of 59,50€! However I didn’t get any message with the Roaming Info as usually. I don’t know if my Datendienst was on by mistake and I the WinSim was just keeping summing up the bill that I got. Since this is not correct I am sending this message.A mobile phone contract is legally a two-way contract with two parties. In such a contractual relationship, each party is obliged to ensure that the other side does not suffer excessive damage, precisely what happened last month. If I was experiencing high costs due to mobile internet usage the WinSim should have told me. WinSIm has all my bills from the other months and any of them is comparable to this. If a potentially internet connection arises and if this can lead to a very high mobile phone bill due to your tariff, then the provider has a duty to cut off the connection.As I wrote before, I got a message from WinSim saying that my preis-limit was reached but then I got this bill? Something is clearly not right. If my limit was reached the connection should be canceled right? Since on the message says that I should call +49215154959094 to continue to use my Data, something that I didn’t. As far as I got this messages I turned down all the Networks on my phone.If my bill was getting so high because of internet usage my provider should have warm me and not get me into this trap. According to the court Rules in the field of communication what you did is just not right. If a mobile phone contract carries such high cost risks that the customer has to expect thousands of euros in bills, then the mobile service provider must warn its customers beforehand. If the mobile service provider does not give a warning to his customer before concluding the contract, he thereby violates a contractual secondary obligation.Therefore I would like to solve this situation.
Irresponsible customer service. No communication skills of the people who are siting on helpline. They do what they like and don't care about their customers. Very pathetic cancellation service. At the end of the contract they will block your SIM without any reason and then every time you will pay for the replacement card. Extremely bad & terrible service!
On January 3, I ordered Oneplus 6T which was cancelled by winsim after 4 days of waiting. They say that "We use internal criteria for application review, to determine in which cases we refuse an application. Please understand that we can not disclose these rejection criteria." I don't understand why.
I received a bill of 2555 euros from winsim because i accidentally put my phone on in the airplane for one minute. I try to contact them online since I am in Mexico, but their contact form does not send (tried on 2 android devices and 1 IPhone) and they don't reply on their mails... It is correct that I accidentally turned on my data on my phone in the airplane when I tried to connect to the airplane‘s WIFI. However I realized within one minute and during that time I did not download or updated anything but just viewed 1 picture of reduced size online. I quickly realized my mistake and switched my phone to airplane mode. Therefore it is impossible you get a total sum of 2555 euros, which would mean I used 77,6 Mb!! Next to that it is ridiculous that your company would not send a warning message when a device connects to a foreign expensive network, because I am sure there are more people who made mistakes like this. It is the worst provider ever. I lost my sim card on 13 September and ask them for a replacement card on 15 September and still, I don't receive my sim card. when I try to call them they never answer customer hotline and when you try to call them through hotline they will say you should call customer hotline, crazy.But they easily charged me about 10 euro for this month even while I don't have any sim card yet. It seems to be criminal, they don't send my sim card and charge me for nothing!!!!I also wrote them more than 5 times and they just answer two times after a couple of days and just told me we have sent your sim card! but they never send it. I still don't have my sim card. I never recommend Winsim. their service is a disaster.P.S:Also, the staff couldn't speak English and if they couldn't answer in English they will reject you. They are so rude for example, two times one of their staff asks me where are you from, are you Arab? just because my name is like Arabian name and even I told No he tried to talk Arabi with me, and also with a strange way a little with flirt repeated my name: you are mahboubeh yes?!!! Ok, so??! such a rude guy.
Not the best service, there seem to be quite a few disruptions among their networks. The invoices and their website are not very transparent but I was pleasantly surprised that an employee got in touch with me after I complained. He explained my invoice and he fixed things that were in his power to fix. hope the mobile service and data service improves as promised.
It's the worst provider ever, you think it's cheap but there are loads of hidden costs.they charged me 50 euro for 20 megabytes in Ukraine even though my roaming was off and I connected to wifi there and again another 45 euro for 4 megabytes which doesn't make sense. They charged several other times extra for the mistakes they made for changing account and also some stuff that I still don't know. I thought I am paying 13 euro per month for this but it is like 30 euro if I count overall in this 2 years. Please make awareness and prevent people from buying from this company.I recommended 6 other people before to use this and among those 2 of them already changed and I make the other 4 to change before something bad happens.P.S.: Response to WinsimFirst of all, still I believe it is a hidden cost when you set some price as default and charge it without customer awareness. Other operators set a fair rate if customer unwantedly used the internet or at least warn them about it by SMS. What is wrong with your service is I will never know for what should I pay extra next. 1st time was for call list which I accidentally request for it in portal, second time fine for the account change as you couldn't charge it, third time 50 and 45 euro roaming cost for 20 and 4-megabyte usage, while I have been on WIFI and roaming, was off. P.S.: I recommend others contractor with Winsim to write their problem in social media, they will respond way quicker than when you put a ticket on their help desk. Support ticket answered: 10 days , online review answered: 1 dayP.S.: I already requested to release my number and I make everyone I know do the same.

They told me that after I send back my wrong (blue smartphone Samsung S9), I will receive another one in black, that is my first wish. Instead of sending me the other smartphone in black, now they Unblocked the option to buy again, however now the same smartphone is costing 128 euros more expensive than before when I first ordered. I did not ask to buy again, I asked to change the color. I did not cancel my contract, I still on the same contract so the price should not change. Its abusive from this company winsim!!!I already paid the first installment of a telephone that I do not have with me and I recently discovered that I must pay extra this month because I called the service to solve this problem. This call should be free of charge since the company winsim caused the problem.Its already 28 days and I still without the smartphone.Send me my smartphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
