I ordered a Cupra Born back in October 2022. Since then, WJ King Bromley's customer service has been non-existent. I have received no news or updates on progression of order that I've not had to seek myself. I have been repeatedly ignored, my emails remain unanswered, over the phone I've been assured that I will be contacted back multiple times and not once has it happened. This lack of communication applies to both the salesman working my case and the management that I attempted to elevate the issue to. A recall was issued on my car after production two weeks ago. No explanation or specific information was offered, nor any updates sought by WJ King after the fact. I emailed yesterday asking for an update, I was told I would be updated by end of day, and here we are at end of play the next day with no response. At this point I am strongly considering dropping my order in spite of the fact my car has been built as I do not wish to deal with this dealership for my contract term. If I do drop I will be utilising the multiple examples of negligence and unprofessionalism sat in my email inbox to seek the refund of my deposit. I am typically a soft and patient customer. I understand fully that a recall is out of the dealership's control. What I object to is the negligence and utter lack of communication. I suspect that the dealership would not have followed up on my case at all until prompted, that the case has not progressed over the last two weeks, and as such any progression that could have been made by a competent dealership has been wasted. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere.
I had the very good fortune of being served by Spencer who was extremely helpful assisting me with the recent purchase of a new car. Being a female buyer, he also gave me complete reassurance that nothing was too much trouble and that I was to just pop back in to see him should I have any ongoing problems or concerns.
I had to have body shop repair and was really worried about price and upselling.I was received by Sam at the brent Dartford branch. He was very professionnel and give a lot of attention to details. He also sort me out with the best solution and his adviceq were very on point. Bill was teally reasonnable and i don't feel robbed at tall i feel i paid the eight price foe the right job.In addition to sam Expertise Allison handle also the relation very well and kept me updated.Great service and work from the team
Purchased a new Kia EV6 from the Sidcup branch. The service I received has been exemplary. In particular, both Clive and Stuart took the time to go through all the "bells and whistles" relating to the car. Clive preset many of the functions for me to save me having to spend hours leafing through the voluminous manual.A final in-car session with Clive for about an hour and then I was on my way!
Stay away I had a very bad experience with them. They are not correct and in their attempts to sell a new car they use lies. In my case it was like this I am the owner of a Peugeot 3008 2.0 HDI and I was very interested in the new 408 and I had two different offers from different cities which were also very acceptable. When I went to the office, the salesman Tony who was there also made me an offer, it was higher but still acceptable. In the course of the conversation between us, I said that I had noticed an increase in the prices of this model, which was subsequently used as pressure to order the given model 1.2 petrol. I wasn't sure because of the small three-cylinder engine of this car. Then the seller, using tricks, told me that we should place the order within a few days because it was the end of the month and he claimed that from the new month the price will rise again. I said I haven't driven this car and I want a test drive, but a longer one to feel what it is exactly, after all, I'm not buying new socks. I also asked him what would happen to the £500 deposit if I didn't like the car after driving it and was assured that it would be refunded, which again turned out to be a lie. The price of the car hasn't gone up for two months now and they didn't give me back the £500 when I made the sensible decision that I couldn't compromise from the 2.0 SUV to go with the 1.2 three cylinder engine
