I regularly had my vauxhall zafira serviced at J King in Bromley. They over filled it with oil on more than one occasion, when I questioned it a mechanic told me in an aggressive manner "that is what you're supposed to do" the result is it blew the rocker gasket and there is oil leaking from the bottom of the engine.I reported this to JW King wanted me to paye them and when I questioned this they treated me with border line contempt.
*** AVOID!!****MONEY GRABBER!!Only gave one star because I can't put zero.I have recently (on 27-Jul-2022) done a Service and MOT of my car at W J King.They kept my car for 5 days for service and part replacement and got an invoice of £1325.05.*** After service facing issue (Before service there as not any of these issues.) ***• Car feels the brake itself without applying brake pads.• Smells like something burning.• After the journey overheats the brake disk• Losing speed on neutral gear and with applied clutch while car at high speed.• My car slows down from 70mph to 50mph within 3 to 4 sec without brake by switching to the neutral gear.• During those 5 days, God knows what they have done with my car, after service my car feels the brake itself without applying brake pads even though the car going down to the down slop on neutral gear. Both front wheels are not spinning smoothly, the car feels like the brake pads are applied. The car smells like something burning. Car not running smoothly at all as before service has done.As per the Highway code and as per my experience, the neutral position is where there is no engagement between the wheels and the engine, and it would take you longer to slow down your car. But after service, my car slows down from 70mph to 50mph within 3 to 4 sec without brake by switching to neutral gear.(Behaviour After Service – After Grabbed Money)On the very next (28-Jul-2022) I went to the local garage where I have done my car wheels balancing and alignment work. They put the car on the rack and then span the wheels we heard a squeaking sound while spanning. With applied full force, wheels span only half a round, while there was another car its span 1 and a half round with the same force. And there were squeaking sounds as well. The same day I called the W J King service and got answers, currently, we are very busy please allowed us a couple of weeks. Then I drop an email with the video. After two days I got an appointment for my car. I went there on 01-Aug-22. I explained the issue verbally, but they told me that is not an issue its common. Me and one of their technicians went for a test drive. Meanwhile, technicians agreed that something was not right. We back to KIA’s yard and checked the other’s wheels and my car’s wheel smoothness, but the wheels of my car are not smooth as the other car. Second-time technicians agreed that it’s not common.After that technician and there was a man called Darren discussed something with each other than Darren came to test drive. But what ridiculous thing is he couldn't find anything wrong with the car even though one of their mechanic and my local garage mechanic told me there is an issue. Even the speedo meter showed that speed going down on the downside slop with neutral gear.As well I told Darren to let’s try the same thing with another car, but he hasn’t replied and did not agree with that because there was something wrong.Instead of admitting their fault, he has suggested to go another KIA dealer.
Untrustworthy Company STOP Servicing from them ,it's been horrible service & time i spend with WJ king Sidcup branch ,i have given my car eclectic car for service at 8.05am and before i given my keys i tell him sir we need to change the 3-tyres of this car & he has been it saying not to worry at morning 8.05am plus i tell him where the car was parked plus this service booking made by my company 10-days before so all work should be done while i wait there so i don't mind ,but i m very sorry to say its taken 7 hours to get my car back from WJ King Sidcup branch Kia dealership saying you don't need to change the car tyres all are fine and you can used them with no issues and Mot used also passed with these tyres i m in shock & i ask them sir i tell you before i given the car for service their tyres need to change and after 7 hours of service you saying no need then i taken one service attest manager to show him all the condition of the tyres even that all seen by him he saying i m doing this business from last 30 years and you dont need to change the tyres all are fine well i m very dispointed from there services so i decide to share with public so they knows before they goes to do there car service from them all the time i m seating infront of them they all 3-person talking chatting to each other eating food on there desk i m shock is this kia dealership or a canteen with service ,well i m attached the photos so you all knows what i m talking about i never ever recommend anyone to go and deal with them thanks to Trustpilot forum which help anyone before they decide to take service from others very very shameful service better to shop around others not them ,

Purchased a second hand Fiat Panda from the Tylney road branch. Realised soon after that the headlights where stuck on, phoned and was told to take to Fiat. Fiat checked car and informed me that the car needed over £2k worth of work, including replacing what they considered to be an illegal tyre. (Which I had unknowingly taken my young son out in) Took car back, got told all repairs completed, checked and headlights still broken. After a few weeks of calls finally took the car back to which I was told I needed to produce the V5C which still hadn’t turned up, which I understand however found out they registered the car in the wrong address! I’ve now got to pay £25 to change it and wait for the V5C to be produced before I can get a full refund and will have no car in the interim. Absolutely shocking throughout. I went to Kings because I had hoped buying second hand from a well known garage would give me some comfort, how wrong was I. Avoid.
Dealt with a salesman called Terry Burgess at Dartford branch who told me several days after i reserved a car with him and said I lived in Devon and was going to book a collection with courier, I had to pick the car up in person and their company policy is no distance selling???Then was extremely rude, abnoxious, arrangant to say the least when I said why on earth would you not tell me this from the start and waste my time and paying out money needlessly….The matter will be taken to the small claims court as I’m not going to be out of pocket by a car salesman who can’t do his job properly and a company who doesn’t care about its customers what so ever!!!!!
