I have done My full service on WJ King gravesend 2 momths ago and all of a sudden my car Vauxhall insignia broke down on the motorway. Transition system all wrecked. Now when I raised the issue with them they’re trying to get away with like why I haven’t get the car back to them for repairs. I took the car to a garage I can trust as I was feeling safe after their full service on the road and to broke down on motorway after 2 months of their full service and health check is unacceptable. Think twice before you get your Vauxhall cars to any of them as you might be in the coffin after their so called services. I was lucky to have enough time to be close to a hard shoulder and to pull over, others might not be so lucky. Now when I told them what the bill is they’re trying to find any possible excuses to not pay for their mistakes, totally disgusting. I will never use WJ King or any other Vauxhall services again as they are a bunch of incompetents which pretend are professionals which obviously they are not as can be seen instead of sorting their faults and issues they’re finding excuses instead. From my experience for your own safety I would 100% suggest you to avoid any of their services as you might end up dead. Thanks!
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. They do not return calls/emails when there have been issues. Messages have been left for the service manager but he hasn’t ever replied, even when one of the messages was to advise of a serious fault with the handbrake. I will in future be using a different dealer altogether.
This place is awful, it’s a joke and bad customer service don’t bother to take your vehicle!My vehicle was with them for three weeks, They told me they will call me back within two days that did not happen so I called them back the following day and they told me they are still investigating what is wrong with the vehicle, eight days gone hasn’t heard nothing from them, two weeks later still hasn’t heard nothing from them so I gave them a call they asked me what happened to the vehicle so after 14 days later now they want to take a statement from me meaning no investigation no work has been taken please, Upon chasing them with phone calls three weeks later they told me they can’t help so I should come for my vehicle! Even Vauxhall Customer Service chased them with phone calls at least four times. Please stay away from this place there’s no point of going there!
I phoned Bromley Suzuki for a quote for new discs and pads on my SX4 s cross on their 0843 number.First, do not phone this number because it is a premium rate number £1 for just over a minute! In addition to this the lady that answered, Lucy, has not yet called me back it is Thursday I have been waiting since Monday Absolutely useless.
Parts department, Supervisor, Chris if that’s even his correct name.Working for the vauxhall Bromley Branch absolutely disgusts customer service. Disrespectful. Arrogant. Dismissive. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while.DO NOT USE THEM
From when I delivered my car for a service and repairs until I collected two days later, I was updated by Lucy Furnish, Service Advisor, with professionalism and she explained what had been done to my SEAT for my peace of mind. My total experience of purchasing a car was from start to completion excellent. Hanan the Calm informative professional Sales Man listened intently to my Desire to purchase the car of my dreams. Do not trust WJ King Avoid these people. I bought a new SEAT from them in Sidcup. I wasn't given the full picture about the car - a brand new one that it turned out was under recall from the manufacturer, but I was only told after I had paid for it. The salesman said he forgot to tell me which was hard to believe in the circumstances and the subsequent disinterest of the WJKing Sales managers makes me further doubt it was true. They have a total lack of genuine interest in customer relations and I would never trust the company.
This review is an update re WJ KING Gravesend. My vehicle has unfortunately been in the workshop for over two weeks. This was unfortunate due to waiting for parts ect. The Workshop Controller,Ian Bauckhan was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He rang me daily to keep me updated and always explained the situation in great detail to ensure I understood the work required and what was to be achieved in order to complete the work. He is a very kind and patient man, and deserves a medal for putting up with me!. Thank you Ian! A true asset to WJ KING!. Also, thank you to Helen for ensuring things were given the go ahead as fast as possible and for compensating me with a set of temporary wheels amongst other things.Thanks a million!!
