Review Time
Ordered a mattress two weeks ago, and it was completely different from the description. The seller has a poor rating, and the customer service has been the worst I've encountered. I still have no resolution and a mattress in my way. Communication is only via messaging, with no real person to talk to. I will keep posting negative reviews until this issue is resolved. There seems to be a blatant disregard for consumer rights.
This has been the biggest disappointment of my life. I paid for a mystery holiday for two, which ended up costing me nearly £700. The service responsible for the mystery holidays failed to pay for the hotel, leading to my reservation being canceled just two days before my arrival in Poland. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this beforehand. Stranded in Poland, I had to pay an additional £300 for a different hotel. To make matters worse, both the service provider and the platform have ignored my situation, leaving me without any compensation. I would never recommend this to anyone. It was a nightmare experience!
First time using Wowcher and honestly… where has this been all my life?! So easy to use and everything was right there. I’ve treated myself to a jewellery advent calendar and I cannot wait for it to arrive! Definitely keeping my eyes peeled for more bargains!
If I could give them - I would. I've never used them before and I really really really wish I'd stayed that way.Items have apparently been delivered. Two separate days, two parcels apparently delivered. 0 parcels arrived. In all day and have also checked ring doorbell and no one has been. Went 4 days back and nothing. Wowcher WhatsApp useless. Contacted merchant who is sending auto messages saying delivery issue but you can send any email about anything and that gets sent back in seconds so that's pointless. Going around in circles. If by any miracle these show up I'll delete this. I have a horrible feeling though they won't. 2 main Christmas presents. If Wowcher actually respond I'd be more than happy for them to investigate it and either fully refund me or get the items to me. Don't think I'm asking too much. What I paid for basically or my money back as I haven't received the goods. My order number is 50622270I have now updated this review with the order number after your response. Can you please update me further? As stated if this is rectified I am happy to retract my review. But I want to see this is done, not just a comment on a review which I have no way of responding too other than updating the review.
