Hello, I need guidance on how to obtain a refund for this order. It feels like a scam; I ordered an advent calendar but received several items that don't even fit into the calendar's pockets. I've tried reaching out via email, but my messages have been ignored. How am I supposed to use this? There are around nine items included that are far too large for the tiny pockets. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a refurbished smartwatch and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The device arrived in used condition, dirty, and without a charger, which was not specified in the listing. Additionally, I was charged an unexpected delivery fee on a different website, despite having already redeemed a voucher. Upon arrival, the battery was completely defective. I charged it for several hours, but it died again by the next morning. Customer support advised me to charge it for 48 hours straight, which I did, but the issue persisted. Since 19 November, I have been attempting to return the item and obtain a refund, but instead of a resolution, I have received repeated automated responses, delays, and no clear instructions for returning the item. I have had to provide my details multiple times, and my case keeps getting “passed on” without any resolution. Overall, the product was not acceptable, and the customer service has only added to my frustration. I’m still awaiting a refund and would strongly recommend caution when purchasing electronics through this platform.
I purchased a voucher through the platform on 01/12/25. After completing the payment, I received an email containing a voucher code and a button to redeem it. Unfortunately, the voucher was redeemed using someone else's email address. This seems like a clear scam associated with the platform. The merchant's address is linked to a company, and the login details provided were system-generated, which can be changed by the user later. I was informed to expect delivery within seven working days after redemption. I raised a complaint with the platform regarding this scam, but they have taken no action, not even verifying the merchant's information. I reached out to the merchant, who simply responded, "Hi, you will receive your order within a few days. Thank you." They have taken my money and personal information, and the platform appears indifferent. I will be having my lawyer look into this matter.
My recent experience has convinced me to steer clear of them in the future. I bought a deal for a phone at the start of November, but when the item never arrived, I realized there was no way to reach out for help via messaging platforms, nor was there a complaints number available. There was no direct communication with the seller, and the lack of customer support or purchase protections on the app or website is concerning. Now, I'm in the process of filing a claim with my bank.
