1★ — I paid twice but received nothing, and there was no effective support. My refund request was denied even after reaching out before the event. I bought tickets twice through the event platform for the Vivaldi Four Seasons Candlelight Concert: • 2 tickets – 15 Dec 2025 – £61.99 • 2 tickets – 26 Dec 2025 – £39.99 Both payments were processed through a third-party service, yet I never received valid vouchers or confirmation emails, and the app consistently crashed. While the system recognized my email for login, it then rejected it as “not registered,” effectively locking me out of my account. I explored every support option available prior to the event, including: 📧 Emails I attempted: • support@eventplatform— mail returned undeliverable • support@thirdparty— no reply • help@eventplatform— mail returned undeliverable • customer.services@thirdparty — no reply • info@eventapp — bounce-back 💬 Messenger support only responded after the event, stating it was too late for a refund — despite my initial contact on 27 December, the concert day, and today being 29 December. Their reply overlooked the fact that the issues began before and on the event date, not afterward. After providing proof of payment and screenshots of the app issues, I was told that a refund was not possible. I spent £101.98 and received no service whatsoever. I am now escalating the matter through consumer advice services as the company offered no functional support channels and failed to deliver the purchased service. If you're thinking of booking through this app, be warned that: • Customer support is extremely hard to reach • Multiple listed emails are ineffective • If issues arise, resolution is not easy • You may end up without tickets or a refund I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

Terrible experience with this service! I ordered and paid for two packs of boxer shorts for my son but only received one. I reached out to customer support and provided screenshots of the redeemed voucher, payment, quantity, and delivery. They refused to refund me the £19.99 or send another pack. Despite my proof, they insisted I hadn’t redeemed the voucher. I will never purchase from this service again! AVOID!!!

Avoid at all costs!

I would give zero stars if possible, but one is the only choice. If you come across designer items advertised by this service, steer clear! They bombard users with ads. I ordered through them and never received the product; there's no order confirmation, and my status has said 'processing' for the past two weeks. I also paid for next-day delivery, only to discover that the merchant doesn’t exist. The address is fake, as are the email and phone number. This is a fraudulent operation with a deceptive website designed to steal your money. When I contacted customer support, I was just told to wait longer. If it’s been two weeks and you paid for next-day delivery, how much longer must you wait? It’s clear nothing will be resolved, and they show little concern for helping with these online scams. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Frustrating experience with a large business during the holiday season

I am extremely upset with how this major company has handled my situation. They took my money during Christmas and are refusing to refund it, leaving my son without his main present. I have reached out to the relevant authorities and plan to contact the media along with my lawyer. It’s unbelievable that they can act this way!

Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service

This service is filled with dishonesty and false promises. Their responses about investigating issues are simply untrue! They seem only interested in keeping my money.
I am owed £1425 for a misrepresented break I purchased as a Christmas gift for my children, and now they have nothing! It's appalling. Furthermore, don't shift the blame to the merchant, as I've spoken to them and they confirmed that nothing has been booked, no payment has been made, and they aren't blocking any refunds! You should really feel ashamed for taking advantage of hardworking individuals.

Terrible experience with the service.

Extremely disappointing service. I purchased two vouchers for concert tickets as a holiday gift. The vouchers had to be redeemed separately, so I redeemed the first one and selected my seats. When I attempted to use the second voucher, it showed as sold out! I spent weeks trying to reach the support team, but they were unhelpful and informed me that I could only receive a refund for one ticket since I had already redeemed the other. I will never use this service again.

Disappointing Gift Hamper Experience

I chose to purchase a gift hamper featuring 'wine and sweets', which was marked down from £39.99 to £19.99. Thankfully, I checked it before presenting it! The wine appeared acceptable, but the sweets were in a small box containing only a few pieces, if that. The rest of the hamper was filled with random holiday items that seemed like they had been sitting in a warehouse for ages! I would have felt embarrassed to give it! Honestly, I doubt the total value exceeded £10, definitely not close to the £40 it was claimed to be worth. Lesson learned—never again!

My husband has been completely cheated by your so-called trusted merchants! We are hardworking individuals with limited finances, but we decided to treat our children to a Christmas getaway after a challenging year. We were drawn in by the offer of a 4-night stay in Paris, including flights and a trip to a theme park, and we paid £1425, believing it was just what our kids needed. Upon redeeming the voucher, the merchant contacted us about a hotel that was of much lower quality than what was advertised, and the flights were absurd, requiring multiple connections that made driving there faster. We arrived at 1:30am on our first night and had to leave the hotel by 3am on our last day! This hardly constitutes a 4-night stay and offers fewer hours than stated in the fine print. When we requested a refund, we were told it was not possible. I must inform you that you are in violation of the travel package holiday act 2018 and the market and competition act 2024, and by law, you are obligated to refund this trip. If a refund is not processed this week, we will pursue a small claims court action to recover our expenses. My children are heartbroken that we had to tell them we can't afford anything for Christmas. I hope that whoever handles these reviews, if they have children, never has to face this level of disappointment.
