Not impressed at all! This was my first and last experience with this platform. I purchased three discounted items and paid separate shipping fees, negating any savings. All items were shipped together, but there was no option to combine shipping when ordering! The products came from abroad and looked nothing like the images. Cheap holiday decorations and not as appealing as advertised. Very disappointed and won’t use again.
My experience with the Spotify deal on the platform has been awful. The redemption process felt completely untrustworthy — I was redirected to a foreign website and instructed to use a fake email, which felt unsafe. I’m uncomfortable sharing my information with this company, and the entire setup feels scam-like. The platform is dismissive since my voucher shows as 'redeemed,' even though I never received an actual subscription. Disappointingly, the same deal is still being offered despite numerous complaints. Absolutely unacceptable.
Mattress not as described.I ordered an "Extra Thick Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress – 13 Zone Support"It looked amazing and the description made me think that I would receive the best mattress ever. £109 down from £899 and all that jazz I definitely should never have believed. I received the flimsiest worst quality mattress I have ever experienced in my life. Something you feel would be in poundland (not even lidl)It is ridiculously light to the extent that I can pick it up myself (weightwise, with one hand)I have now thrown my lovely old mattress :-( I cannot figure out where to leave a review for this on Wowcher so that people are warned, so I am putting the review here. I shall update this with what happens next in terms of refund and collection! I am afraid that neither will happen and I will be forced to get rid of it myself and buy another one without a refund. I just dont trust wowcher anymore
Ordered an item on wowcher checked the whereabouts of my parcel and got in international tracking code. Which has now reached to Yodel depot at Gatwick been sitting there ever since 23/11/2025 with no movement on my parcel ever being delivered it should have arrived to day 25/11/2025 and still in transit in other words its not in transit , its stiing in the depot. Can't track yodel as its not a GB tracking code. Don't know where my parcel .Now Wowcher sent me a replying, thats if they are Wowcher of course .I can not reply as there no where to reply back on mmmm ??????. makes me wonder considering I had a scam notice come up on my phone stating Wowcher scam alert plus nowhere to contact Woucher directly.
Bought Spotify offer through Wowcher. Turns out the merchant is selling pre-logged accounts that default to outside UK. I was unable to login and chose to cancel within 2 days of paying for the deal. Under the 14 day cooling off, I was entitled to a refund yet, the merchant has ignored my emails and my complaint to Wowcher is met with 'wait 3 days' messages. 10 days on I still have no refund and Wowcher are doing nothing to resolve. Their WhatsApp help is automated and useless. No way of speaking to anyone at Wowcher. Appalling customer service Emailed the merchant 5 times last week after Wowcher said my voucher had been redeemed which it hadn't been. The merchant refused to reply to my emails and Wowcher know this. The merchant is also based in France according to info supplied by Wowcher. Wowcher failing to abide by 14 day cooling off period. Absolutely disgraceful
