Scam artists, booked holiday for Paris with Disneyland and they could not find flights on the dates I purchased and then had audacity to make me pay extra, if you can’t fulfil the dates then don’t offer a holiday on that date. Avoid avoid avoid UPDATE following the reply I messaged Wowcher again only to be sent around In circles again with both parties (merchant and Wowcher) stating the other party is responsible for a refund, i get told to wait 24 hours for a response and get nothing.
After being told someone would contact me within 3 working days I have not received any form of contact. Wowcher have also not helped me with this matter and have basically told me it isn’t their problem. No one is doing anything to help me out. Wowcher have not responded to my emails yet and I tried to call the holiday merchants to cancel my booking and they hung the phone up on me. I am so disappointed with Wowcher for not supporting me and telling me to contact the holiday merchant as I booked through them. I understand that I did book through them but Wowcher are the ones advertising this scam of a holiday. This should not be advertised!!!!!!
