I found Xlibris to be encouraging and helpful with answering all of my questions. I feel that I have learned lots as a first time Author and have enjoyed the last few months communicating with their courteous, professional staff.
I just published my first book of poetry and I have to say from the first time I received a call from Gabbi Foster, I was comfortable she made it known that she would be with me through out the whole process and she was. When I submitted my book I worked with Kaye Parsons she too just like Gabbie made me feel comfortable. This was a very scary decision for me to put a book out not knowing anything but to have a team that was very friendly, showed excitement for your project, and very helpful. Working with these two women made it a breeze . I I started this in April and my book is out as of June. They work really fast and I have made two new friends. I will definitely recommend this publishing company and will be using them again.
My publishing consultant is Yuki Kenzo and the communication between us is excellent. Yuki always replied to my emails and answered my questions promptly.There has been a delay period in the publishing process, specifically on the front cover design, but the problem has been resolved with Jane Cole. Jane and I agree for me to design the front cover and the rest of the book (interior part) was done by the team. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and excitedly waiting for my book to be published soon.
It has been a harrowing experience because I was dealing with up to six people who are professionals in their field but can't understand that someone like me, is totally in the dark. It appeared that they were talking about the same thing but in fact were talking of different aspects of publishing stages. The other thing was that despite my pleas about money deduction, there was no understanding, it left me almost a thousand dollars overdrawn and in dire straits financially. When I tried to convey this to your company, I was contacted by Jake Lawrence who assured me he was on my side and would help. Guess what, I was put into further financial distress as another 2 deductions were made and when I made Jake aware of my plight, I have not heard from him, but someone else sent me a copy of what I had payed and what was outstanding, some 6 weeks after I had asked for it. As to how my published books look like, I cannot say because despite the fact that they have dispatched copies to me, they as yet have not arrived. I am rather disappointed how everything was handled and expected better. I have previously expressed my opinion and suggested a better approach, but again, have had no reply.
I am a first-time author with Xlibris. I have 5 other books that I plan to publish with them in the next 4 months. Editing, publishing, illustrations, and marketing were all accommodating, helpful. I've found xlibris to be good they helped me all the way in the publication process and got in touch with me promptly when I rang and thus was able to get my book published within two months.They put a website of my book up for me and they have offered me good discounts on getting more copies of my book and the moment you order your book till the time it turns up on your doorstep is very prompt and they offered me a good deal to do another book with no expiry date so I can do the book whenever I want
When I first signed up for Xlibris I wasn’t expecting to be contacted back but after a call from Yuki Kenzo and his caring team that is helping me through the journey of publishing my book and due to this company my dream is coming true. Thank you to everyone involved.

I need confirmation of my future sales Royalties amounts and which National Bank account Xlibris are going to send payments to me in Australia AND how much I will get for EACH E/Book. Paper back and Hard cover .ALSO, the E/Book was ordered with Photos in COLOUR and I paid nearly a Thousand AU $ 1000 extra for this and it did NOT happen
