Very poor Customer Service and Unexpected Charges After Contract End

Avoid this service like the plague! In June 2025, I sent an email to cancel my contract after my 1-year term had expired. I received no response to my cancellation request, yet they continued sending me invoices despite the contract being completed. When I stopped the automatic payments, they blocked my service.I was forced to spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone just to reach customer service to process what should have been a simple cancellation. The entire process took over 15 days due to their delays, not mine.The worst part was the financial impact. Not only was I charged for an additional month due to their delayed processing, but they also hit me with an unexpected 24.99 EUR unlocking fee that was never mentioned in my original contract.Their customer service was unresponsive to email requests, had extremely long wait times, and they were unwilling to waive fees that were caused by their own delays in processing my legitimate cancellation request.What should have been a straightforward contract cancellation turned into a two-week ordeal that cost me extra money. The lack of communication and surprise fees after I had fulfilled all my contract obligations was particularly disappointing.I advise others to read the fine print very carefully and be prepared for potential complications when canceling. Consider other providers with better customer service ratings.This review has been printed as proof if not published.

E-SIM activation failed!

I chose especially e-sim because I am travelling in 2 days. E-sim activation failed for some reason and i was obliged to order a physical SIM which will be delivered when i am away!No English version of the app or website is not welcome either.

I miss a support who realy supports someone within a few days. I try to communicate with the Support Team, but within 7 days they reacted only with a question and then no more…that’s no support
