Beware of hidden costs. I was charged 80€ for a 15€ offer because of a manual activation requirement for internet limits that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. Using 'terms and conditions' to justify poor communication is not a good way to build trust with customers
My esim didnt work in my iphone 16 and after two different customer helpers on the phone there is still no solution what went wrong. One of the helpers even replied that it might not work on an iPhone 16 to crazy for words. I think they just look at a manual with standard answers and have no clue.
I can't log in but seem to have subscribed. I can't get a link to log in- or rather I received an email to log in but the link does not allow me to register and the website has no way for me to contact the company to resolve. How can I register?
