They said it was 5 euro for 30gb data , later they charged 8.70 cents which is almost 9 euro. I don't understand this funda. Please write up 8.70 euro in the beginning itself. False advert online. I don't like this at all. Not happy at all.
I bought an eSim with 10GB to use during a trip. However, after 2 days I was told that I had used 2GB and will have to wait until 1 October to access the full 10GB.I am now stranded in a foreign country with no data. Don't rely on them for something this essential. --------------Spoke with customer service, whose only solution was "Buy more data". How about you deliver the rest of our order and activate missing 8GB, instead of demanding even more money from the customers you've scammed?Why would I buy anything else from Youfone after being scammed out of 8GB and having our vacation ruined?
I want to share my negative experience with Youfone. I purchased a one-year internet subscription and used it without any issues. Later, I wanted to extend my subscription, but it was impossible through their website. Every time I tried, I received an error message. Contacting customer service was also extremely difficult, if not impossible.Eventually, I switched to another internet provider. Since I assumed my one-year contract had automatically ended, I didn’t think much about it. However, I was later informed that I would be billed additionally for the internet I could no longer use. When I tried to cancel the service online, the earliest cancellation date offered was 30 days later. This means I will likely have to pay for around 45 days of internet that I didn’t even use.It’s clear that this company cares more about money than customer satisfaction. Dealing with this situation is especially frustrating if you are an expat or don’t speak Dutch, as getting anything resolved feels almost impossible.
it was good for ordering an only-sim, however, it needa a Dutch number to finish the order process. If you are new to The Netherlands, this would be hard to find a number to finish the order. And if you have several orders by mistake you can not delete them. Also code sharing campaign does not work. Lastly application is in Dutch only.
