I am beyond frustrated with this company. They promised a subscription of 10 euros per month, but I ended up paying 80 euros per month. They advertised unlimited calls throughout Europe, yet charge extra if you call outside the Netherlands. Their internet is outrageously expensive — 1 euro per MB.Their customer service is abysmal — rude, unhelpful, and constantly giving contradictory information. Even if you pay your invoice on the time they gave via email, they will block your number and make you wait 24 hours to unblock it, even if you have a fixed-term contract. Aditionally, You also cannot terminate the contract easily.I feel completely scammed by false promises, misleading information, and abusive practices. Avoid this company at all costs — they are by far the worst telephone provider I have ever dealt with.
I ordered an eSIM 1 month ago with my Xiaomi 14T that's completely compatible as is stated in their page. With the app I wasn't able to activate it, not because of my phone, because I had other eSIMs before, but who knows why. I tried it a hundred times always ending in an error.I then requested a code, so I can activate the eSIM myself and not through their app. No response.I then think "Okay I would try with the normal SIM" I ordered, never came.Second email asking again for my code or my physical SIM at that point I didn't even care. No response.I reach to them through Whastapp, one day after just a "Yeah, we don't have a code, you just use the app. And we sent you the SIM the 3rd of November"To who? Not me, because I asked in my reception a million times and it's not there, and they NEVER miss one package even if its not well named.The worst experience so far in this country. The most annoying thing was the absolutely no response to my emails. I will try to reach them out again to see if I can obtain my eSIM that is the service I paid for.
Bad signal, you can hardly use the internet as it is so so unreliable. I am actually shocked it managed to go over the limit because it never works properly.Then if you do manage to use it the out of contract costs are insane.0.10EURO per MB!! You have to pay more to cap it. Usually I pay 9 euro per month and one month is is 75 euro. Crazy. They are partially refunding it as one customer service person was super nice. Do not recommend it though, you will pay for cheap things one way or another, too good to be true. I learnt a lesson here.
The Ryanair of mobile networks. The network uses KPN but has no signal a lot of the time, they use around 40% of KPNs network and it shows.You will be ripped off, you will pay a lot. It is NOT cheap. Signal is absolutely CRAP. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am in the Netherlands not UK.The out of contract prices for data is extremely high, I am surprised this is even legal. My bill is nearly 10x the amount. Usually 9 euro per month and they want to charge me 75. You have to pay more to cap it, it's just a clever way of getting you to pay unreasonable levels.
