The esim is quick and easy to install, with good contract terms. I made a purchase today and I haven't had the opportunity to call from it yet, but the internet works fine. The app is not in English, but the instruction on a website could be translated.
I can't confirm whether youfone are trustworthy or not. But I can confirm that the process of activating an esim is not one bit intuitive and is wholly a hasle. Still have not managed to complete this.I've now spent over two hours trying to follow their activation guidelines and have still not been successful.
Youphone is dishonest about data use and found about 8% extra data per mb of use just to bill out of bundle rates if you use a limit on your apple or android phone. I would advise not singing up for a contact with this dishonest company
It was such a relief how quickly my Esim was activated. Very pleased with the contract and the data i received from Youfone. Also you are with the best dutch provider possible. It is definitely worth your money to purchase one of fheir services.
Poor internet quality. Frequent outages. Poor customer service. They don't resolve anything. After a Youfone modem update, I had no internet for a month. Again, no solution after multiple attempts to contact customer service. My invoice was held due to a month of no internet. They immediately threatened to use a debt collection agency. A rating of 1 is still too high for this company.
