It is a cheap but unreliable telco

really horrible service. always struggling with even showing my whatsapp messages. today there was an outage and after so much struggle, I borrowed a phone to call the customer service, and they just said yeah we have an outage. No additional info was provided. It is ridiculous that they did not mentioned the outage anywhere. Also there is no way to track the outage and see status. UPDATE: after 2 days, the outage is apparently resolved but I still dont have any service. the whatsapp support is useless since they cant do anything and after waiting for few hours to respond, they just refer you to call the customer service! the customer service was also useless as they just asked me to wait. No estimation was given, no short term solution was offered. Even when I asked how about giving me a new sim, they just said I should pay for it. I am now worried that I can not even switch to another company. I am stuck with them for another month (notice) and also I can not port my number (as I cant get sms) which is super important to me.UPDATE 2: Youfone responded with generic message without even reading my review. I clearly mentioned I was taking with customer support in the past days and we did all these recommendations over and over. UPDATE 3: My case id is 300357UPDATE 4: One whole week past since I did not have service. Meaning no phone call, no sms, no MFA token. Not a single pro-active update. Not a single initiative like hey we will send you a new sim just for testing. My contract ends tomorrow. The worst experience ever.
