Please do not buy from this company I’ve had the worst experience ever going on over 2 months still waiting my refund after following all that they asked me to do quality really bad after waiting nearly 3 weeks for item I’m now going to lodge a claim with the small claims company to try get my refund back .
Dress arrived quite quickly but is about 2 sizes too small despite sizing up according to their size chart. Contacted them by email and now have an email chain going over 2 weeks having to send pictures etc. They take days to reply and keep stalling you. Now been given an address in China to send back to despite item being dispatched to me from UK (I still have original packaging). Like others was offered 10% refund but dress no good too me and will cost just about cost of it to send back. Apart from not fitting, material poor quality.
Do yourself a favour and do not use this company. I purchased a suit from them which I needed for a specific day. They offered "expedited delivery 3 to 8 days". Those days have passed and no suit has arrived. The only response I've got from them when asking for an update and then asking for a refund was to offer me a 5% discount on my "next purchase".
Ordered prom dress but didn't receive confirmation of order,emailed what I thought was a uk company turns out hongkong after multiple emails of repeating myself they kept telling me there was no order although they had taken the money from my account ......Contacted my bank and they returned my money almost immediatelySTAY AWAY
Hey all, looks like I fell into the buy before you read the reviews for this Company! Received the dress for daughters Prom, which was actually stunning but didn't fit in the right places. Choosing to return the dress, should have spotted 1st red flag, no delivery note/returns information included in the order. I have eventually been contacted and given a returns address, I paid an extortionate sum to return it!I opted for Klarna payments, but am worried they will take the 2nd installment - anyone actually had a refund or with Klarna, had the payment stopped????
Tried to put this review on their website but when I’ve looked it seems to have been deleted and they only have reviews that are 5 star, how convenient. The dress came but although I went off the measurements they put on the website it was far too small for me. After reading reviews off customers on here who say refunds from them are pretty much impossible (I should have done this BEFORE ordering I know) I’ve had to fork out an extra £55 to have my dress tailored to fit, very disappointing when you take into account the fact the dress has already cost me £110 from them. It’s not even a case of the dress not fitting me, the way the dress has been made is so disproportionate. The dress is an equivalent to a size 20 (i sized up incase of small sizing) and the cups on the dress wouldn’t even fit someone who is a size 8. Im really lucky I have an amazing seamstress who’s managed to sort it out for me otherwise I would have been £110 out of pocket and left with a dress that doesn’t fit.
Sizing all wrong, extremely poor quality material, shoe straps were broken so the shoes are unwearable, and I wasn't told there was a 7 day return window, therefore cannot return any of my £100+ order. I am now bogged down with debt and a ton of items that I can't use, and can't even re-sell for half the price online because the photos of the real items are disgusting in comparison to what I was sold. APPALLING 'service', rude sellers and an utterly broken system fuelled by greed and with no regard for their customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY- had I known it was a Chinese business I would not have used them. Stick local and save the stress of not being able to return faulty items
Wasted money and time - so sad. I wish I read the reviews here before making the purchase on Zapaka. I bought 4 dresses and 2 petticoats and only one was true to size when they finally arrived after a long time. Quality was mostly okay (not great) except for one which was not the same as pictured (stiff & uncomfortable fabric vs flowy on pictures). I wanted to return but the return address they gave is in China. It will cost me too much to send items back. They offered only 10% for me to keep the items. So sad.
