Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Massive delays in deliveryWhen we finally got the two dresses we decided we wanted to return one. I have not gotten a response to my email asking how to return because apparently you need their approval to return. Complete joke.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

*TERRIBLE COMPANY*Do not use them.My dress was supposed to be new and I paid a lot and ordered from Zapaka UK. A dress arrived from China stincking so badly that I had to seal it back in the packaging, because my whole living room was stincking.When I contacted the seller Zapaka to raise a return request as per returns process, they have never responded to me. It's a fraudulent company as they do not honour returns for faulty goods.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely terrible customer service! As the company is called Zapaka UK, I ordered a dress thinking that it would be coming from the UK. After a few weeks the dress arrived but it didn’t fit. There were no instructions on how to return the item so I looked on their website. On the website it stated that if you wanted to return an item you must email them within a week of delivery for instructions on how to return it. I have now emailed them 7 times with no response! I have also tried their live chat but, surprise surprise, nobody was available. I am now stuck with a dress that I do not want! PLEASE DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I ordered 2 dresses on 5th Dec and paid for the expedite delivery of 8 business days. I emailed them for an update when the shipment did not arrive. Apparently the business days start counting from when they ship the order; mine was done on 13th Dec and is still not here, and of no use now as the occassion has passed. My mistake, l failed to read the Reviews before ordering. Save yourself a heartache and shop somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered a dress for my works do. I was told it would take a week which would have been plenty of time to find something else but took 4 weeks! This was after my works do so I sent it back. I never got my money back for the dress or nearly £20 postage. £70 down the drain. DO NOT OTDER FROM THESE.

I WOULD RECOMEND YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS 'COMPANY'. Only given 1 star as cannot give zero. Total con! Didn't receive my order so requested a refund. Zapaka UK refunded less than half what I paid, keeping over £50.
