I ordered my daughter’s prom dress from here believing it to be a lace up back as that’s what is shown in the photo’s and it also was meant to be silver detailing all over it however it arrived silver and gold detailing which in itself doesn’t really go together but that didn’t phase my daughter to be fair but also the dress was infact a zip up back which makes all the difference as with a lace up you can tighten it to give the perfect fit around the chest. As it is zip up and not as described I contacted them and was told they would only refund 20%. The most frustrating thing about this company is they don’t seem to care or understand that I bought this dress believing it was lace it was falsely described and doesn’t fit and as it is a zip it will a lot more than the 20% back to rectify by moving the zip or getting it taken in. Plus I wrote a negative review but it doesn’t show on the site!
