Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company as it's not reliable. Firstly they don't mention that the return is to China, I have paid £27 for a return. They don't reply to your emails. I have sent 3 emails and no reply from the customer service team, more than a week passed. You can't return the item unless you get the details from the customer service team. A very convenient arrangement for them.Luckily I got hold of one of the team members using the online chat and managed to get the return address details.Never again.

Just don't risk it

As, with others, I assumed UK in the name meant they were, well, a UK company.The clothes I ordered arrived-all soaking wet. I assume they froze on the flight because the individual bags weren't properly sealed and have then thawed, as there is no issue with the external packaging.They have agreed to refund, but are saying I need to pay the postage which clearly I am not doing for unwearable clothes.Luckily I paid via PayPal so will raise a dispute if they maintain this stance

Awful company do not order from them ordered dress early for prom didn't arrive at all Customer service is awful around 24 hours to respond can't get hold of them on WhatsApp neither also not a uk company

Buyer beware - Chinese company with very punitive returns policy - still no refund

Like other reviews - dresses ordered with a confirmed 10-15 day delivery lead time. They arrived more than 25 days after order, too late for my event, despite being posted from a north London warehouse address. Dresses were far smaller than standard Uk sizes so had to go back. Returns accepted only back to China, which entailed £80 postage fee. More than a month after returning, via tracked signed for delivery, still no refund. I will also be pursuing a refund via my credit card company. Terrible Chinese company. Buyer beware.If you’re wondering about the 4 and 5 star reviews… Ignore them. They are clearly fake and follow the same pattern of “evoking memories, evoking joy, positive compliments” - you can see they are written by bots or Google translate, probably added by Zapaka to boost their ratings and come across as a legitimate company.

Stunning dress. Order ahead.

I was hesitant to order from the company due to poor reviews on here. But I had an excellent experience. The two dresses I bought were stunning and high quality. I also cancelled one order within 24 hours and was refunded promptly and politely. Delivery did take longer than if they were UK based. So I would advise ordering in good time. I did not need to make returns.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a suit for a prom. Suit was not dispatched on time and therefore wasnt needed. Got in touch and was told could have refund, but they kept on going back and forth to point of dispatch despite asking them to refund. Product still not arrived and I am now forced to wait for it and been asked several times to wait and 'maybe Inwill.changey mind and will keep product'. I cannot tell you hos many times I have told them this is not going to happen as occassion passed and dont need, only to get same generic email stating the same as prior email. Once they even said they hope I keep the dress when in fact I ordered suit. If I could give no stars I would

Returns are to China, had to fight to get refund

My daughter was buying a prom dress, so of course you want to buy, try, and return if it isn't right. Most clothing companies make this easy. This website presents as if it's UK (.co.uk domain), and on its return policy it says returns are at your expense, but nothing about this being to China. Had to pay £18 to return the dress, finding the cheapest courier myself (every other company I've ever bought clothes from online had a service where you print a label for their chosen courier, even if you have to pay). Then it took about 8 emails to finally get a refund, with them repeatedly asking for the tracking number, which I gave them every time (with a link showing it had been delivered). The refund was £6 short but by then I was just happy to have the money! But gave 2 stars as I did get the money back in the end.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered over 20 days ago and nothing turned up. Emailed them to find out why and they said they would be shipping my order 'very soon' so even after 20 days they'd not even begun shipping my order. Will never be ordering from here again and I advise everyone else to avoid them.
