Review Time
This is an occasion that I wish it were possible to give ZERO stars or even absolute negative ratings. Zeleris were due to deliver a package to me in Spain and not only did they fail to deliver despite me telling the driver on the phone exactly where I was and putting it in writing to Customer Services with ZERO response. They are a bunch of thieves and bandits and having been in the industry I've seen a fair few of those BUT Zeleris really top the list of exceptionally bad, unreliable and basically dishonest delivery companies.
I stayed home all day because I was waiting for them to collect a parcel but they never came, not once did the bell rang. I checked the website to see if someone was on their way and they claimed I wasn't home when they tried to collect the parcel. I've then tried to contact them online and over the phone but no one will even answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
These people have been lying all week about delivering my package. There was always someone home when they supposedly attempted the delivery. There have been no calls received whatsoever from them although they have two different phone numbers to choose from. They claim the address is incomplete even though I checked several times and there is absolutely nothing missing. It is impossible to reach them via phone or email. I tried to reach out the online store that chose this ridiculous company and they spend 20 minutes wasting my time telling me to try things I had already tried instead of acknowledging how bad they are. They tried to make it look as if I had done something wrong but after checking their reviews I realised they are just useless. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
Not a DELIVERY company; they just choose spots to visit according to what they have on their system, so beware and if you happen to be on their route, you might recieve your package sooner or later; if not – you've seen the reviews. Definetly a bad idea to sit home for ages waiting if there's a parcel anytime soon; yet sometimes its just not a choice.
Awful courier. My address was clearly written and correct, including street and number, post code and municipio. However, becasue the localidad was not included they sent my parcel back to China without notifying me nor the seller. I don't know what they are covering, because this is not a logistics company.
It took 49 days for them to deliver to the wrong address. It was supposed to go to my mailbox in the Correos Office in San Miguel. Alicante to San Miguel not a difficult task.Luckily where the courier abandoned my package the people knew me and contacted me
