Worst company everJust don't, the company keeps on telling me the address is incorrect and that they have visited already 5 times, even when changing the address to another one it says the same message.

They STOLE my packages TWICE

First time they signed my package for me and said it had been delivered to me at 1am. Then Shein contacted them and suddenly they were trying to deliver again - then address was wrong and the following day I supposedly wasn't home. Never received my package. Shein then resends. This time they say I wasn't home the first day and then the second day they say they have delivered it. HORRIBLE.

Incompetent

They said they came to my house twice. They were lying.They didn't leave a note to say they had been and they didn't phone me.I have tried to phone 15 times with no answer. I have sent them 22 emails no answer. This company is fraudulent, incompetent and I have no idea why they are not invested by the Consumer association.

If I could give less than one star I would. They pretended they tried to delivered 5 different days when the reality is that I was here all along and they never bother to even drive up to our area, parcel was eventually sent back to sender, the company is a disgraceful ripoff
