Ordered the shipping of 2 packages, they were supposed to pick up the day after from my place and arrive at the destination after 2/3 more days.After 3 days waiting and calling they never came, noit only that, they also changed the status of theparcels to "Collected" so that I could not even cancel the shipping.End of the story I had to ask for chargeback via Paypal and never heard from them again..Got my refund tho..Zeleris should change your name to "slowris" at least, scammers.
Zeleris are totally liars…. I have one package that should be delivered to Madrid which has just been marked as “Not delivered as no one at home”1- We were at home the whole day, nobody came to deliver anything2- They have my phone number and can perfectly call to ask if we are at home3- We have a receptionist who take the packageThey just didn’t come at all, and pretend to have not found anyone. Just ridiculous
This isn't a real company providing a real service. They provide a halfassed delivery service where the business model is to not actually deliver things if the locations are inconvenient in that day's trip.They are completely incompetent when it comes to handling information, having repeatedly gotten addresess wrong and misstyping them in their own systems. I can only imagine this to be a company either run by some of the most incompetent and incapable people on earth, or just liars and scammers. A 5 year old would do a better logistical job than these apes.Good riddance to this complete waste of space and terrible excuse for a company.
If I could give them no stars then I would as they are the worst transport company I have ever used (in over 35 years)Pointless website with no link to any live chat or customer service support etc. Only online tracking which is fine apart from when you have a problem. When you have a problem forget it.Waste of time using these people.
Utter garbage, I regularly send small under 100g letters but zeleris regularly claims they are over 1kg weight and charge me hefty extra for that, of course no way to fix as they know better, They use dhl as their backbone, dhl which is an other huge scam company. This company were supposed to deliver to me, on the tracking it states 'PENDIENTE LLAMADO NO CONTACTADO' so they say they tried to call me, even though they didn't have a phone number for me. This was on Thursday, on Saturday I tried to track the parcel and got a form appear to enter my phone number in, but then found that they had already sent the parcel back! I called the customer service line and they just said sorry we no longer have the parcel you can complain to the sender then hungup! There's no way to contact them and they definitely didn't try to deliver the parcel as it's to my business address and we are there all day!
I have been waiting for the delivery from Simply Supplements.ES for a few days now. I then get phone calls from Zeleris Madrid. These are recorded messages only. I call another number listed for them and again get only a recorded message. I used the tracking number for my package which tells me that the it is out for delivery and is in my Town (??). My address is VERY easy to find. It is difficult to understand what their problem is. I have also been charged a special rate for trying to call to speak to them - NO FREE CALL. They can't get away with saying we are not at home. We are ALL at home right now.
