Scam! I don't even believe they are a real business. I have no package expected. They say delivery was attempted but no one was home, wrong! We were home all day. Then if you try to arrange another delivery, they want you to pay. Who does that? Is this even a real company?
Worst shipment service I have ordered. I'm still waiting for a delivery I ordered 1 month ago and today, without an email or a phone call, the tell me that they tried to deliver it without success (they didn't call me when they supposedly where in my home) and now they have sent the delivery back to its origin, and meanwhile I was misinformed. I try to call them to both phone numbers they have and no response. Disgusting.
Avoid! Don't use this company! Zeleris Chauffeur picked up our package and later the order got "cancelled online" . The client service told us we did it .. why would we cancel our own order after their chauffeur picked it up?! Are you joking??.. no one can locate our package and our client is still waiting. Very rude lady on the phone, absolutely disgusting manners and not trying to help at all. This company should be closed.
My story:First message I got from them it was unsuccessful delivery attempt Saturday afternoon when nobody is delivering and especially here in Spain.Then parcel was not moving for 3 days even every time I called there they told me it will be dispatched next working day.Then I opened claim. During the call I was listening some imaginary story how my parcel is in Madrid and because there is snow calamity it stuck there. Interesting because delivery attempt means parcel is near my place.How they sort the situation is that after my call they mark my parcel as delivered. Is interesting how parcel can be delivered on few minutes to other side of Spain.Then I called there again and asked what that means. Of course no explanation and they opened new claim of non delivered item and told me they must speak with the driver. My claim is opened until now. To call the driver is meter of few minutes not days.No parcel no answer.UPDATE.One week after parcel was delivered. Based on 94 % negative reviews here this company should make internal audit.Adding one star
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! I Lost my money and service was provided. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET MONEY BACK EVEN WHEN THEY CAN'T PROVIDE SERVICE.I did get a quote on packlink.es, cheapest option i get from zeleris so i choose this company. Online i did put description and value, i receive a label online so i print it out and put on the box. Agent came to pick it up and everything was fine. 8 days later same agent bring me boxes back. when i ask what is the reason, they told me that there was no description and no value. Hmm im BLIND?? or whats going on ? Everything was on the label, address , value, description, which i get online automatically.
