What can I say which has not been said already absolutely useless . I live in Galicia my parcel went to Andalusia they actually said they tried to deliver it lol took days for them to eventually send up to Galicia where it went to more incompetent company CTT the whole experience was a total joke
The worst bunch of rubbish. For 4 days I have been waiting for Starlink packages. They say they have tried to deliver (lies) I have waited for 4 days in 40 degree heat with my windows open so I didnt miss the delivery. I had a call from a driver yesterday who couldnt be arsed to deliver part of the consignment (an ethernet cable) so he dropped it off at a bar 8km away! Not even at one of their allocated sites, just a bar that he decided to call at for a drink. He left nothing to sign and the bar owner said he never signed for it either! I was just lucky that the bar owner was honest. The other half of my order, who knows? To add insult to injury I actually paid extra for delivery to my house! Never as long as there breath in my body will I use this company. This is a 300 euro order from Starlink supposed to be delivered by DHL but they have handed my property to Zeleris and left it in the hands of fools.
Once again, I wait all day for Zeleris to pick up a parcel and they don't show up, all day waiting !!!There is also no way to contact Zeleris by phone or email, & if you do try the one invalid/robot phone number you are told your telephone numbers are invalid then you get a text within minutes (to the very phone number they state is invalid) saying there was a failed delivery whilst on the phone trying to get through to them???How can Packlink continue to offer services for a company that only picks up a package when it feels like it? I wouldn't even have chosen Zeleris for a delivery to Ireland, but it seems UPS no longer offers a service through Packlink, especially painful when the UPS service I have been receiving of late has been astonishing, deliveries in the UK & Europe from Spain in 2 days!.Today the 20th after hearing nothing back from Packlink in 3 days other thsan a message to tell me they would get in touch with Zeleris, I cancelled my 32 euro order, & booked directly with UPS who was also 2/3rd the price at 19 euros,
I received a call saying that the delivery person tried to deliver my package (they did not). I work from home and no attempts were made to redeliver, door bell was not rung. Then, the package was marked as "rechazado" which I did not do. Terrible experience and terrible delivery company.
I should give them -100 or more and the worst part is companies like Movistar are still sending their courier via Zaleris. This company shouldn’t exist in delivery business. I have had 2 products ordered from Movistar and both weren’t delivered and reason for not delivery was they attempted to deliver but wasn’t successful which is abug joke.
