Worst service ever! They got all the correct information to deliber the package, but they didn't. Every day getting a message at late time saying that the delivery was jot possible when in reality they had to deliver to a place with concierge service. Not even a call from the person in charge to deliver the package once close to the delivery address if any information needed. Just the worst possible service ever!
Had the misfortune of using this company multiple time (not through choice). Their service is terrible - absolutely do not care about customers. Deliveries never arrive when they should. The driver always claims there is a problem with the address, so it gets delayed awaiting verification - total scam!
A real nightmare. Second time I have problems with their deliveries and always with absurd excuses: streets that “do not exist” or delivery attempts that never happened. Today they confirmed the delivery and, after hours of waiting, magically decided that no one was home... when I haven't moved. No bell, no call, no package. Unbelievable the level of disorganization and lack of professionalism. I have received packages from many companies, but Zeleris takes the medal...for disaster.
ZESKRIS is running a scam operation. Their offer of “2TB USB drives” at a suspiciously low price is a textbook example of counterfeit tech. These drives are typically low-capacity sticks with firmware hacked to fake a larger size. The result? Data loss, corruption, and zero support.This is not a mistake or poor quality — it's intentional deception.Avoid this site at all costs.Report them. Warn others.Let’s keep the internet clean from this kind of fraud.
Do not use this company they are a bunch of incompitent liars.They manipulate tracking information to cover up their own failings.Failed to collect 5 packages from our supplier then marked the tracking as items not ready to collect. The packages were ready the day before when the service was booked.There is now a problem getting our money back as they stated items not ready on tracking.AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DREADFUL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
Zeleris does not answer to e-mails that has been sent to an e-mailadress provided by them selves. I need to get in touch with them because of a very important shipment that was sent with them as a carrier. Never use this piece of **** company!
