Don't deliver when they say they will. Tracking isn't updated. I´m still waiting after they lied about trying to deliver (I was waiting for them!)Now package is permanently waiting for the next distribution.I guess they must be cheap for the sender who does not care much about his customer
I have been waiting all day from I received an SMS at 9 am that the package will be delivered today until I received a new SMS at 9.15 PM that they could not deliver today. This is not acceptable and I join in with so many others to complain to Movistar about this. I can only hope my package will arrive sometime, but by the look at the opinions of others it might not. I ordered a phone with O2 on Saturday. I got a call from Zeleris saying they would deliver it on Tuesday, but they couldn't give me a specific time, so I had to stay home all day. They didn't show up on Tuesday. I stayed home all day Wednesday too, and they finally decided to come at 5:10 pm while I was walking my dog. I got a call and asked the courier to wait for 2-5 minutes, but he said he would deliver it on Thursday instead. I stayed home Thursday, and at 7 pm, I got an SMS saying they tried to deliver, but they didn't ring or call. When I called them, they blamed me and couldn't tell me when it would be delivered.Not sure why anyone would use them
Once in a while an online order gets shipped with zeleris by the vendor. This means only one thing. Money and time lost on for all involved. Zeleris does not even attempt to deliver. Neither do they call, notify or do anything else. They will list the status as "tu pedido tiene incidencia" a few times, after which nothing. Eventually, after two or three weeks, the package gets delivered to whoever sent it. No amount of calling them, attempting to reschedule or anything else will ever result in a single delivery attempt. There should be a class-action lawsuit against this company to put it out of business once and for all. AVOID at all costs!

The absence of responsive customer service and a user-friendly website has led me to question the legality of their operations.In light of my experience, I believe their customer service and website functionality should be thoroughly examined and, if necessary, deemed illegal. It is disheartening to encounter such poor service, and I hope that my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this service.
