How are these guys still in business?

Awful service as everyone else states. This company is used for Shein deliveries in Spain. I placed my first order and after 10 days received confirmation that my package had been delivered and signed for. It had not and I was home the whole day in question. It is impossible to speak to anyone at the company when there is an issue either by phone, message or email and all responses are automated - referring you back to the company you placed your order with.

Frauds

Had encountered worst experience with this delivery provider two times. Unfortunately, it's the seller that partners with them, so sometimes you figure out too late.They claim the package is delivered while never showing up in reality. Don't pick up the phone and have standard auto answer on the emails.My recommendation is to file a case with the marketplace (if you used a respectable one, like Amazon) or with your credit card company (which will be long wait, but eventually you will get your money and peace of mind back). This will also help to prevent frauds from earning, so hopefully help someone else.

Already second time this company loses…

Already second time this company loses my order. They simply dump the order some where in the street and claim delivery. Customer does not reply nor pick up the phone, As the Seller is also crap i lose the goods and my money, Do not use this company!!!!!
