Review Time
I got a call from the delivery agent on a Friday afternoon. I told him that I wasn't at the delivery location and we agreed to deliver it on Monday. Next thing I know, the package is marked delivered. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies the emails.
ZERO stars if possible. AVOID. The package should have been delivered between 10th and 16th December. Nothing. Tried to contact by (all) telephones listed on the website (Which do not work or have an automated message to contact sender which I already have (Its via Ebay UK)........Nothing, no response/reply...ever. Sent Email........bounces back. For me its a scam company, Ebay advise it is not but how can any company be operated so poorly? If this company ever comes up on your radar avoid using it like the plague.
Zeleris sent me a SMS saying they tried to deliver a package. They said they were going to try again next day. I arranged my working day to work from home and no package was delivered. Now they say the package will be returned to sender. When I try to contact them, an automated message says to contact the sender... I have no idea who is sending the package. There is no way to contact a representative
I give minus 10 starsWaited in for two days for a mobile from Movistar, tracking the package all day, at 18.00 the tracking goes red and a message saying the address is incorrect, I checked the address and it's where I live. I phoned customer service, automated answering machine, so I sent a email, within 1 minute I get an automated reply basically telling me they won't reply contact the person sending the package, and do not reply to their email. Looking at the other reviews I don't think there is much chance of delivery anytime soon. Movistar needs to find a new courier service, preferably one that actually delivers.
One star is too much. This company is a sham. Day after day they send messages that delivery will be next day then they never come. They say they attempted delivery even though you are in the home all day. There is no way to just collect it from a depot either. Finally they say they cannot find the package. The Spanish courier sector is uniformly awful, but Zeleris are in a league of their own for incompetence.
0 Stars would be more appropriate. Disgraceful company. Waited at home for 1 week to receive a very important parcel, they claimed they could not deliver it and returned it to the provider. Not once did they attempt to deliver it. Absolutely disgusting. Unprofessional clowns. Will NEVER use again.FYI Zeleris: The driver who uses this number +34 621 414 306 isn’t even trying to deliver the packages. He thinks it is sufficient to call and hang up when you tell him you are the recipient. Absolute time wasters.
Nonexistent customer service. Lying drivers. Accepted payment for a pickup that never happened, claimed nobody was home, impossible to get any help. The regional warehouse with their logo on it only has third party contractors who know nothing. Thankfully the site where we booked this refunded the fee. It is a scam, and I suspect there is not even a company, just a way to collect payments from people too lazy or clueless to protest.
