Great Yermouth 1530 ' Jayden' on till 3…

Great Yermouth 1530 ' Jayden' on till 3 watching a person with a previous complaint regards safeguarding children.Till 5 scanner deliberatly smashes a large glass jar of tomatoto sauce giving it velocity on cctv. It belonged to Aldi but she used it as a weapon against an innocent customer victimised by hate crime on phones and was on the conveyer belt. It was smashed on the floor and travelled over 2 metres and if a young child had been below they might have sustaned a serious brain injury. The scanner was wrinkled thin hair female shoulder length of she had any and it was assault and theft. It is on CCTV. Aldi is a disgusting store and it is likely due to actions like this will be in court in future. This will be reported as assault and theft. They were on phones to the TROLL CART to malciciously communicate what 'Jaydens' coworker crime had just been committed. This will be reported to law enforcement and safeguarders.Staff in weatherspoons will also be reported to head office for malicious communication and hate crime. If you can't behave with paying customers please leave.

I visited Aldi Putnoe and experienced…

I visited Aldi Putnoe and experienced not just rudeness — but an outright refusal of service. When I asked the cashier to scan my items, she said she was “closing” and refused to serve me, sending me to self-checkout instead. I explained that their self-checkouts constantly need assistance — she still refused and said:“You’re welcome to apply for a job if you want to help.”I was shocked. This is not just bad service — it’s disrespectful and degrading. After three days of back-and-forth emails, Aldi’s final response was a generic apology and a £5 voucher — as if that’s supposed to make up for public humiliation and being denied basic customer service.I don’t want compensation. I want respect — something Aldi clearly doesn’t understand. I will never shop at Aldi again.

I can not find any decent oranges

I can not find any decent oranges, satsumas because they are all imported from as far away as s.africa, Egypt, Peru... Why ? These countries use vast amounts of pesticides that are not strictly monitored like they are in Europe. I'm all for buying British but for fruits we can't grow then it has to be Europe,: Spain etc. they are our closest trading partners

So absolutely disgusted by behaviour of…

So absolutely disgusted by behaviour of staff member on self checkout this morning at the Sheffield (Ecclesfield store) . Rude and confrontational with myself and other customers. No one on tills so we were all expected to put trolley loads of items through self service - no mean feat when the space for stacking will take one bag - (gotta be an expert at jenga to balance it all) - just a tip and suggestion to management at Aldi If you can’t be bothered having check out staff available at least make the self service area fit for purpose and have friendly and helpful staff working it without the attitude - yes she might have been asked loads of time why no tills open and had to experience grumbles from customers etc ( putting a full shop through self service and playing jenga as bag area to small is no fun and daunting to most people- so yes we’re gonna grumble and complain) but guess what, that’s what she gets paid for - customer service so when asked why no tills operating please don’t tell us ‘because they weren’t ‘with an attitude , and then when that red light comes up above the till (it’s just as frustrating for us I promise you) and you have to come and help us maybe the huffing and puffing and tutting could be left at the door This morning the shelves were half empty with staff supposedly restocking but instead stood in middle of aisles chatting with each other with pallets everywhere in aisles making it so that you could reach anything you wanted with out climbing over the pallets - eventually just picked up a few items and went to Morrisons - will not be returning in future which is a shame as never had a problem before and yes I usually shop there weekly every Saturday at the same time and before today never had a real problem More customer service training needed for staff and some management oversight would probably help.

Fowl tasting nuts.

All good generally speaking, better customer service than lidl by far!!!...this is about your Nuts, any nuts that are packed in that paper thing, it makes the nuts taste fowl, all of those nuts such as Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, almonds etc that are packed in that paper packaging makes the nuts taste old and fowl...how can management not know this?...either they don't care? or they don't know because higher up the ladder they don't eat their own nuts?...how do I know or think like others that its the packaging of those nuts, because like the pistachio nuts and any other nut that isn't in that packaging taste ok...shame because I could do all my shopping from aldi I am forced to go elsewhere for the nuts, so by that I would go and shop at lidl because of the nuts...YOUR NUTS TASTE LIKE THEY ARE OLD SOFT AND FOWL...CHANGE THE PACKAGING OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS..

Unfair Parking Management

Unfair Parking Management, N11I got an unfair Penalty Parking Notice from Parking Eye, and Aldi hasn't checked the parking notices to see if they are compliant. I've spent a high value on shopping at Aldi since the opening of Friern Barnet Aldi, N11. The customer service email doesn't work, and their chat lied about refunding me. I feel undervalued as a loyal customer. Won't be going there again.

Don't Shop Here

Futher to my previous (illegal) experience, the last thing I purchased from Aldi was one of their frozen cheese pizzas. I cooked it as per instructions, and the pizza ended up welded to the pizza tray. I was only able to eat the layer of cheese on the pizza before having to bin the rest of it as I couldn't get it disloged from the pizza tray. What a waste of food and electricity. Aldi now owes me £25 for having to change my phone number, which they decided to hand out illegally to random people, and a new pizza tray. A new pizza would be nice as well, however I have no intention of trying to cook any of their pizzas again if it is going to damage and ruin my own property.

Accident in store

I had an accident in store and spoke with Aldi customer service regarding this, at first their response time and updates were great i was quite utterly shocked, however this quickly went downhill, apparently after reviewing the CCTV footage, another customer spilt something on the their floor and because this was a customer and not the stores fault, they have dismissed by conern and complaint, (their words ) After a thorough review involving CCTV, it has been determined that another customer was responsible for the spillage. Due to this, regrettably, on this occasion, we will not be able to take the matter any further. We are truly sorry about this but if you do need any further assistance with anything else then please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated Customer Service Team on 0800 042 0800. Is it not the stores responsiability to make sure this is cleared up and not blame the customer I am absolutly disgusted. I am now taking further action, not a gesture of good will or a sincere apology.

Racial profiling at Aldi Selsdon is…

Racial profiling at Aldi Selsdon is appalling. I understand the rate of shoplifting being reported daily however targeting blacks only and leaving other races is clear discrimination. I was asked to tip over empty bags including the ones that were folded, yet the white customer who had just been saved in front of me wasn't asked to do the same. Other customers from two other tills who were not blacks and had bags in their trolleys were never asked to tip over their bags. When I asked the female cashier why I had to do that and if she suspected me of theft and why she didn't ask the other customer she had just served. She defended herself said the other customer didn't have any bags yet they had bags and a buggy with a basket below. She told me it's a company policy to search bags but if this policy is targeting the minority only it's very unfair and discriminatory When I challenged her, the cashier began raising her voice and ended up calling the manager and refused to serve which, I've no regrets. The manager told me the same thing that it's company policy even when I told him that she checked the bags again for the groceries she had put through the till that I had bagged! When I left the shop the manager was laughing with other customers who he served after me and his behaviour was clear to me that this is not just an Aldi's policy but pure racism. A policy should be applied to all customers. If bags have to be tipped over, then ask or make an announcement asking all shoppers to tip over their bags before bagging groceries and everyone will know it's now company's policy. Some shops like Sainsbury's have gates at some of their stores where one has to use a receipt to exit, that's a policy which targets all shoppers not a particular race. Having shopped at Aldi Selsdon for over 10 years I will never shop at any Aldi ever again! Asking certain shoppers to tip over their bags with no evidence at all of stealing is bad for the business. Have one policy for all.
