We shop locally at Aldi in Hucknall on a regular basis. We prefer human interaction with the tills. If it’s busy in Hucknall they open another till then close it again. We also shop at the Sleaford Aldi when we go away. What a nightmare. One woman on the self service, one till open. She was running around to everyone like an idiot. We had to call her 3 times as the system wouldn’t scan. They really need to up their game in Sleaford 🤬
Not for the first time but certainly the last( I won't be back) I came home with outdated products. I know I should check but I didn't have my reading glasses with me and I was in a hurry. I called what I thought was the Livingston store and I got through to a South african call centre. Their customer service is a disgrace and after 18 minutes of giving them serial and batch numbers of the product I was then asked to provide pictures, all for a £1 product. My total purchase was £40. I put in a written complaint and the email I received echoed the phone call. An absolute joke of a company.
Gone rapidly downhill, bruised berries you have to be careful what you are buying. Most are bashed up.Dog treats, removed the popular treats and replaced with rawhide ones. Very bad for your dogs.Used to do main shop here, but now only a few bits as discontinued what I bought. It's the same complaint from other shoppers.
Contacted customer service over the Alloa branch the till supervisor made us go on a self service checkout with our trolley full of food we had our 1 year old baby it was mayhem there was not enough room for our stuff some it got damaged which we changed but the staff member didn’t care and when u call to complain they just say sorry they don’t care u just get fobbed off will never use Aldi again we used to go all the time the checkout for trolleys was lit up but nobody to serve so he made us go there it took forever we could have probably done four trolleys through a normal checkout and then the baby was getting upset very bad if I was the boss I would of sacked him but the boss was nowhere to be found disgusting store
Aldi, sort your rude staff out?Aldi Cardiff Bay staff very unprofessional and rude.Maybe spend some of your profit and hire a training provider to train your staff on how to communicate with your customers.I know you don’t care but this isn’t the first time your staff were rude.I won’t be shopping with you again and I’ll discourage others who might be thinking of using your store.Just take 5min to see all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, they all can’t be wrong?
This correspondence serves to formally document a highly concerning and unprofessional incident that took place during my visit to the Aldi supermarket located on Gipsy Lane in Luton. The experience was initiated by the observed behavior of a security officer, which included what appeared to be targeted surveillance. This persistent and unwarranted attention created a profoundly uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, a clear deviation from the expected retail environment where customer comfort and security should be paramount. The situation escalated dramatically when this unsettling conduct culminated in a direct verbal threat of physical confrontation, an action that compromised my personal sense of safety and violated the trust placed in store personnel.Due to the serious and egregious nature of this event, which far exceeds a simple customer service issue, a formal complaint has been officially lodged with the company's management and corporate offices. This action is being taken to ensure a thorough investigation is conducted and appropriate disciplinary measures are implemented. Furthermore, given the gravity of the incident and the potential for similar occurrences, legal recourse is being actively pursued. This is not merely a matter of inconvenience but an issue concerning customer well-being and the establishment of a safe shopping environment for all.In light of this unfortunate experience, it is advisable for patrons of this specific location to be aware of the possibility of similar interactions. All individuals deserve to shop without fear of intimidation or threats from Security Officer, and this incident serves as a critical example of a breakdown in expected professional conduct.
Fantastic customer service this evening at Aldi Holyhead! I left my phone there and only realised once I’d got back to Rhosneigr 20 mins away.Rang my phone and a gentleman answered and said they had found it and kept it safe.Very friendly staff and assured me they would keep it safe until my return, collected now. So just a huge thanks!
