At the Valencia airport I had a ticket for leaving at 11:45. The bus left at 11:30😡 So after 1,5 hours waiting I missed it. As solution I took the subway to Valencia busstation. The bus arrived at 14:15 but my flex ticket was not valuable😡😡 so I had to book a new ticket on line for the bus of 16:15. I contacted Alsa about this, but no reaction sofar.Busdrivers treat you like a dog in stead of a client and the same counts fot the organisationNever no more Alsa for me......🤮
I came from another country and fly to Spain with my service dog by my side. When we want buy tickets to the bus, I was told to put my service dog down with the suitcases and bags. The lady at the ticket counter didn't care that we told her my dog is a service dog. He has a vest, ID-kort (that's normal for my country) and I have officielle dokuments from my doctor. I don't know how my service dog can alert me from fainting, if he's i a box under the bus?! Of course we didn't use this company as we don't want to support it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The only guarantee they can give is that your bus will leave late and there is no organisation of passengers boarding whatsoever. Great opportunity for Hunger Games fans, as boarding the bus feels like you’re in the movie! If you can afford it, get the train. You will honestly be so thankful you never had to experience the rudeness, unprofessionalism and disastrous service that is Alsa. Customer service will also gaslight you and claiming the bus ran smoothly with no hiccups. If that’s the case, clear our ideas of smooth are about as different as our ideas of an acceptable bus service.
On way back from San Sebastian to Bilbao there was chaos as they had changed from double decker to single and people (me and others) with high number seats were still let on the bus! We were trapped a d kept having to sit down, then get up as people claimed their seats. I thought I was going to have to stand which I would not have beenable to do. I was concerned. The bus customer representative was aggressive and was intolerant of English and tutted at me when I said I didn't understand her aggressive ticker tacker Spanish. 1. Hold the people above the total seat number off the bus then they can get on and fill remaining seats. Obvious! 2. It's San Sebastian bus station. Language trai i g for staff needed plus a better attitude towards foreign tourists. Obvious.
Simply shocking. Driver wouldn’t take me and my bike because my bike wouldn’t fold. Nowhere on their T&C’s does it state that it needs to. Left me stranded in Organya and having to cycle 95 km along a busy road to the nearest train station. Alsa has steadfastly refused to refund me the €31. These guys make Ryanair look professional.
This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a company in my entire life. The people working for Alsa is the rudest and most obnoxious people I have met. This company should get an award in Guinness World Record book for being the worst company ever known to mankind. You’re more likely to find an elf at the end of a rainbow than finding a decent bus driver working for Alsa. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this bus company at all costs if possible. It will ruin your day or even your week. Probably your whole vacation.
Who is hiring these drivers? They are so unfriendly and agressive and driving like crazy. I am happy to be alive from 2 hour trip (Granada to Malaga airport) so I give 1 star for that. And I am glad I don't need to visit this country anymore. 3 nights in Spain was enough for me 👋🏻
I purchased a ticket at the bus station of Santiago to Oviedo at kiosk machine as their window was closed. I selected several times a 9:15 ticket but the machine instead printed me a 2:15 ticket without warning, so I had to travel the whole day to reach my destination. Furthermore Alsa employee was rude and did not help to change the ticket which is allowed on their policy website. Neither she allowed me on the bus with my late ticket. I wanted to know her name for a claim but she did not allow me to move her scarf that was covering her id starting a fake victims"s scene. She attacked me and hit my arm twice to stop me from taking a pic then she called the police delaying the bus. The police assured me that was my right to take a pic of an employee and start a formal claim against Alsa but unfortunately without a name the company would likely not do anything and are the customers that always get damaged.
DO NOT BUY A TICKET IF GOING FROM BILBAO AIPORT TO SAN SEBASTAIN - ASLA ARE RIPPING YOU OFF!!!Ticket is advertised as close to the airport but you have to get a bus into Bilbao which the rest of Bilbao arrivals are getting! Wait until you arrive and buy from the ticket stall next to the buses
