This has been consistently disappointing. My package has been with me since Monday, but the website claims non-international deliveries are usually next day, which isn't true. Blaming the holiday season is absurd; it's something that happens every year.
I keep receiving notifications about my delivery arriving the next day, but it never does. This has caused me to stay home for days, missing work, only to be continuously disappointed. I have several deliveries stuck at their facility for almost a week, all from the same location to the same destination, yet they can't consolidate. A delivery service should use technology to improve processes, and the lack of a clear timeline is unacceptable. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
