Wouldn’t recommend this company, the lights were much smaller than they look in the picture and they promise a full refund if returned in same condition. They ask you to email to return as the return address is not the same as their registered address but when I emailed them they said they wld only give me 15% of my money back. I actually wanted to exchange for a larger size but they wld not allow this or give me a refund. They say on their website they wld be willing to exchange so I am really unhappy as I feel lied to.
My name is jocmon Cristina and I waited with my soul for the order with AWB 1YUN24322183216001, order #6896 but after 4 months of waiting I received nothing but frustration and delusions!Sofia calls the woman I spoke to by email from mister lamp costomer support in December about the situation of my parcel, I did everything she told me but she did nothing.I don't know where my order is, they don't want to send me another order, nor do they want to give me my money back.they took me to the end that they would give me my money back or solve the situation and now they are not even answering my e-mail. keep your money and energy for another store because if something happens to your parcel, you will also run out of money and no lights.very disappointed and angry 😡👎🏼
I can join the others with the worst exercise ever in shopping from online. The same story as the others: bought a pair of lights in Oct 2024. We did not like it, so requested to return and refund. The package came from the UK but they wanted us to return to China. We sent it back and nobody bothered to picking it up so it turned back to us in March 2025. They switched off the phone line and only sending meaningless emails. I'm going to the small case court and reporting them to the police.
To add: stop replying to review that you can help with orders, you doing nothing about it, your emails full of air without direct help. You are third party website full of fake items, misguided photos what size products are clearly photos not yours , lying about your location on it and shipping poor quality items directly from China with 0 customer services on aftersales! Its a scam, stay away, website full of lies and counterfeit very poor quality products, operations from deep china, with no quality control and returnsUpdate: why you replying to review - contact us to help - when you doing nothing to do so? You have many emails, all you need to do is provide UK address for return and refund- as per your website! Instead you talking in circles dragging time and asking to return this fake lights to china? Your scamming attitude activities will be stopped sooner or later
I have ordered a beautiful floor lamp and a pendant light. I live in Serbia, so I had a few questions about the shipping, and also about the product - will it work in my country, etc. The communication was great - the responses were quick and very polite.I had to wait for my lamps a bit longer (I expected that, so no problem), but it was worth it - they are both beautiful and I am enjoying them very much. I would definitely recommend Arture Lights.
Well, it's not easy to be constructive here when you find yourself in the situation where, when returning a product you didn't like, not only does it not go back to Holland, but it ends up in China. Then they detain it at customs office in China and they say it's staying there, that they won't send it back to you, and you never see the money you paid for the product and for the return shipping. Draw your own conclusions. A rip-off, right?
