Company doesn't provide returns. @Arturelights all my details are correct and you don't need to use this as an excuse as you know you don't provide returns for anyone... I have been in touch with your help team who under no circumstances agreed to help.

Poor quality, returns awful

Beware of this drop ship company that requires returns be sent to China. I ordered 3 lights and waited over a month for delivery despite website advising 7-10 business days. After the electrician installed one, we decided not to install the other 2 as quality is very poor. Despite the website stating a 2 year money back guarantee, the company makes a return completely impossible. They require you to ship the light to China. Return shipping of any product to China is not 9.95 EUR as their website indicates. The postal service quoted me over $90 return shipping. The company offered me a 25% refund after I sent them return shipping quote and a screenshot from their website that misleads shoppers about the ease of returns. Not exactly the money back guarantee they advertise. The same lights can be found for less than half the price on aliexpress. My order numbers were 11558 and 11559.

Different product than the one they send you – it is a fraud

Order #11974They send you a product that is completely different, supposedly eligible for return, and then it turns out that the return costs more than the lamps themselves — not the €9.95 stated on their website.To make matters worse, they claim the differences are due to angles and lighting in the photos.It is supposed to be a recessed lamp; on their website, it is shown with a mechanism at the back designed to be built into the wall, but the lamp you receive is nothing like that. All you need to do is look at the back of the lamp to see the differences.Avoid buying here. Aside from the fact that prices are very high, you have plenty of far better options elsewhere. It is an outright fraud, and they make your life impossible if you try to claim or return the item.I am already gathering a significant number of affected customers. Anyone wishing to join the legal action we are organizing, please contact me.

Registered owners (UK Chamber of Commerce): Egbert Witteveen and Bert Witteveen3. Product pricing: The exact same products are on AliExpress for under €10.4. Google search results: Their names are linked to previous scam reports. Egbert even relocated from the Netherlands to Addis Ababa... Suspicious much?These two seem to run several lamp webshops—like Misterlamp Auckland—pretending to be local businesses while simply dropshipping from China. The websites often use misleading photos with objects like tables and chairs to make the lamps appear larger than they are. In reality, the lamps are very tiny.If you contact customer service, an AI-bot will tell you: 'There are a lot of risks with refunding the item, you want a discount to buy a new item?' They’ll offer a discount code for future purchases (don’t fall for it). If you try sending it back to the “warehouse” (which is just the factory in China), you won’t get your money back either because they will say that the lamp is lost somewhere in the transport.Dropshipping is legal - scamming is notGood luck, guys. I never received my order

I never received my order! But they didn’t forgot to débit my bank account obviously. When I Could discuss With them after one month of trials, they finally tried to make me think they couldn’t find my orderbecaise I ordered on an other website. Which is completely wrong because they answered to me from the contact form of the website were I placed my order. They are thiefs and liars, avoid at all cost

Order 11196: Lamp never arrived, when you contact the customer service you realise you are talking to an AI and they always reply the same thing: "I want to sincerely apologize for the ongoing frustration and delay you have experienced. I understand how upsetting this situation has been, and I assure you that we are taking your concerns very seriously.Please rest assured that we are actively working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Our team is currently reviewing your case and coordinating to ensure that your get best resolution from our side. We value your patience and understand that waiting for a resolution can be incredibly frustrating."jajajajajja :) they promised a refund a month ago saying that it will take a few days and since then, the same message over and over ... I've lost my money and clearly next time I won't buy from a Chinese shop faking to be in Europe! Furthermore, i've found the same lamps on other sites at cheaper prices!!!!RUN AWAY!!!

Very poor quality

Very poor quality, item doesn't work. There is parts missing in the lamp and I can't use it at all. Looks very cheap and I'm very disappointed with my purchase

CRIMINAL COMPANY BEWARE

#11192this review is more serious that just a product review. This is a criminal company that sends broken merchandise and WILL NOT fully refund your money no matter what . THEY ARE FROM CHINA not AMSTERDAM as they present themselves. Their website prominently states 30 day money-back guarantee which is another LIE! I ordered the mister bird lamp. The lamp arrived in with an actual FRAYED cord and birds that loose and unable to be tightened. it was junk. As I went about the return, all communication was AI generated responses. No human to speak to....no discussion... I was instructed what my only options were to 1. allow them to send another lamp. ( that I no longer want after seeing the merchandise and dealing with this company 2. Return that item and pay total shipping back to CHINA2. accept a store credit for any of their other junk3. sometimes they offered only 15% and keep the lamp OR 40% and keep the lamp. The AI generator got confused in our multiple chatsPLEASE click off of the website and find yourself a reputable company to purchase your lighting.

I bought this on a whim and I’m so glad I did. It’s classy without trying too hard. The light output is excellent for relaxing. My bedroom feels much cozier now. Excellent price as well.

Awful customer service experience. It took over a month for a replacement lamp

DO NOT PURCHASE.Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. I have received an email to say that my parcel was delivered 'on porch, as requested'. I never requested that, knowing that our house was on a main road, for everyone to pick up the parcel if they want to. I got in contact with the company and asked them to send proof of my delivery. They did send me a picture with ny parcel in front of a house that is not even ours. Since then, I have been send back and forth from this company to make complaints with the courier, even though the courier specified that the company should be the ones dealing with replacement (obviously, because they have a contractual agreement) and the courier could only just apologise and close the case. I have been waisting time for almost a month with emails to this company to ask for either reimbursement or replacement and they did not care less even though in their emails seemed like the customer experience is their main priority. My complaint was probably handled by so many different people, because every time I kept getting a different response on email and asking for proof even though in every single email I have sent I have been detailed what's happened. I repeat, do not buy. When my replacement came, the bulb was broken, I only had the lamp, the instructions were translated from Chinese to English and made no sense. Luckily I only just bought the one and not have wasted my money on more lamps. Chinese company that states it's designed in Amsterdam, with a London address. AVOID
