Ordered a lampshade several weeks ago. Was given an order tracking number which was completely useless. I’ve raised this issue of non receipt of the item with the company and get a response from ‘Sofia’ who responds by saying please give us a couple of days whilst we look into your order. Given the delays, I’ve asked for a refund. Now it’s all gone very quiet. It’s a complete shambles of a company. Do not order from it.
They are drop shipping from Hong Kong, not Amsterdam or UK. Poor quality for the price! The lamp came with dents and scratches + missing parts. Was promised that a new item would be shipped to me but I didn’t hear anything more from them after the payment. Order #6328
This company is a scam. They pretending to be a company from Holland and they are from China, making bad reproduction of orginal design.They never send me a tracking number and out of the blue I received a box. The lamp that I received is not the one that ordered, it is not even the same colour and It is scratched or badly painted on one side. I contacted them straight away and I sent pictures. Of course I received a reply with the lame excuses that the colour is changing, that the lamp can be used both with the fixed lead and the battery. The lamp doesn’t have a battery and it is not rechargeable, there is not 1 x USB-C charging cable as they are claiming in their website 1 x EclatéAura™ .I am not going to waste more money to return it, as they should have take responsibility for it. I have already contacted them and they got all my details. Very disappointing that they are given a chance to trade and to respond here.They shouldn't be allowed to sell as they are very bad
I ordered yesterday and have already received a shipping notification - but without any tracking link. And a 4-digit order ID. Got suspicious and checked here and I’m sorry I didn’t do that before I ordered….. Not confident I’ll ever see those lights or my money…Stephen.17 Dec 2024 update: one of my 3 lights has actually arrived today and it looks pretty decent! Solid metal, not plastic, sturdy. I'm not an electrician and I haven't installed it but the wiring looks perfect. And yeah, it's not from Amsterdam or London or Germany or wherever they'd like me to think it's from, but so what.
DON'T SHOP THERE!!!!!Chinese crap pretending to be a company from Amsterdam. When I realized that my 4 lamps I've ordered are sent directly from China I wanted to cancel my order. Of course it was too late. So I decided that I will not collect the package and I will cover the additional costs of return shipping which on their webside was told to be 9,95 eur.... after two weeks I asked for my money. They (Sofia) wrote me that they will deduct 40 eur. When I asked why she answered that each lamp (I ordered 4) was sent from different warehouse and for them those are 4 different packages to be returned. SICK!! Now I'm waiting for my money... I and I'm affraid that I simply lost 350 eur. I will let you know how it ends.
Chinese company masquerading as a legit European brand in Holland. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will not be able to return (unless you want to pay a heafty return to china?!)Should have checked on trust pilot previously. Fool me once...
Warning!! I ordered and paid for a lamp two months ago and I have still haven’t received it. Every time I write to them ”Sofia” regrets the inconvenience and assures me that the package will be with me shortly or that she will take my problem to the higher management team. I have now written a few times to claim a refund but I keep getting the same generic excuse from Sofia”.Also, it is very worrying with these 5-star-reviews that have turned up here - which are clearly bogus . Makes me wonder if I can trust Trustpilot.
