Avoid at all costs! This “company” lies about where its from, lies about the product they sell and steal other designers’ photos to pass as a legitimate company. They won’t give you any return labels after sending you sub-par landfill junk. They pretended to sell a product and i got the most useless knockoff delivered in the mail from China. These people should be jailed for scamming so many people and having such low morals.
This feedback is regarding the lights. The actual product does not resemble the images presented on the platform. For one, the LEDs are visible through the housing, while the website displays a soft, even light with a cover that the lamp does not include. Additionally, the light offers three different colors, but there is no option to select a specific color. You can only turn the lamp off and then back on to cycle through the modes. Lastly, the two power wires, one blue and one brown, are quite small in diameter and seem inadequate for 220v.

I can't find a replacement for this small, unusual bulb in the UK, so I reached out for a link to purchase the correct one. Their response was that they wouldn't sell me a bulb or provide any links, but suggested buying another chandelier for hundreds of pounds. It took them over a week to provide this unsatisfactory response. Frustrating product. Frustrating company.

I've seen many negative reviews about the lighting products. Based on my own experiences, I can only say they have been outstanding. I recently bought a third ceiling light and am very pleased with it. While they may seem pricey, I found other options to be competitively priced. The lights were also packaged very well, which is important.
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to steer clear. Their website claims return shipping costs are 'approximately 9.95 EUR,' but this is far from accurate. Only after I requested a return did they inform me that all items must be shipped back to CHINA, not the UK or Europe. The actual return cost I was quoted was £108–£167. This crucial information is not mentioned during checkout. The company presents itself as UK/EU-based, making the undisclosed China return requirement even more misleading. When I raised this issue, they refused to take responsibility and instead offered small partial refunds rather than addressing the misrepresentation. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. If you attempt to return anything, you will face extremely high shipping costs that are nowhere near what their website claims. STAY AWAY!!!!
I suspect this company operates under the name of another as they sell the same products and use the same deceptive practices. Like others, I have been financially impacted by this company. The light I bought for £280 did not resemble the advertised product at all—poor quality, different color, and size. When I provided evidence of this and explained it violated consumer rights (as they sell to the UK), they said they needed '14 days to review'... review what?!? Clearly, they try to complicate the returns process. Complete scam. Avoid.
