So horrible. I ordered the product on 2ns still is on its way since last 4 days . The customer service not responding. Can’t contact over call . Fraud website. Please return my money

Beware

Beware! Photos do not represent actual product. I ordered a double-breasted “belted” long coat and it came with no belt loops. Not only was it cheaply made, but it was missing key components including pockets. There are no free returns ( even if item is defective) and they only offered me a meager 10% discount. Do not purchase anything!!!!

ASH Newyork is a SCAM!!

ASH Newyork is a SCAM!!! DO NOT purchase anything from them. This is a bait and switch schema where you see very nice merchandise on the website only to receive a cheap unusable crap. They set up their return process to be very difficult (you have to ship the returns to China, which is expensive (I paid $35 to send back $90 pair of boots). I put a dispute on my credit card in addition to sending the item back.Basically, do not buy anything from them, I can't stress it enough.

Follow up with Ash`s Response

Just a follow up after Ash Team responded to my original review and asked me to contact them again for a "propre assistance". So I took a screenshot of my review along with their respond asking what would be their attempt to make a propre assistance rather than refunded my 10% of my money, which has already been done. This is what they said, "Thank you for getting back to us. We would like to confirm that you have already accepted the 10% partial refund, and it has been processed from our side. You should see the refund credited to the card used for your order within 7 to 14 days. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out". And I responded to this with "That`s exactly what I put into words for my review. I don`t know why the response asked me to contact you again, acting like you would make efforts to make it better".Then never heard from the team again. And, I will never make a purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Extremely poor quality. The things I received have little resemblance to what I actually ordered. Forget about returning things; the cost to return is exorbitant. Scam.

I ordered a pair of boots and a knitted sweater, and I’m so impressed with the quality. The boots feel durable and the sweater is super soft. Delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived neatly packaged. Will definitely order again!

This Company is a SCAM

My husband ordered a jacket online. It is total CRAP. Horrendous material. They offer 10% back and keep 90% if you choose to do nothing OR 100% back if you ship back to China at 100% your cost. Taxes, tarrifs, shipping costs. Their website is only 4 months only. Shocking to me they have New York in their title. The have no 'department store' or distribution center I think they meant to say in the US. Here's the email we received Thank you for your email, how annoying to hear that your ordered item(s) are not as you expected. Exchanges and or returns are of course no problem, this can always be done within 30 days of receiving your item(s). As indicated on our website, we do not offer a free return service, we also do not have a department store in USA, we only work with our department store in China. We value our eco process, as indicated on our website, that is why we have chosen 1 central department store near our fabric. Enclosed is the return form, as we only have one warehouse in the world, we can only process returns through there. Returning to another address may result in the destruction of your package and will not suffice for a refund on your order. If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions, you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything. (For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world). Here we can refund (10%) of your total order value to your payment method. (Klarna, Paypal or CreditCard) Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. We hope you can understand, and I hope to resolve this soon together with you. There is no ZERO option to choose

There is no ZERO option to choose. Their website is fraudulent. Nothing on there is as described. Paid $84.00 for "leather orthopedic boots". They came and were plastic and glue. Smelled absolutely horrid. I contacted and was told I had to fill out form and mail back to China at my expense or take a 10% refund and gift boots to a friend. REALLY????? Everyone needs to spread the word about this business scamming !!!!

SCAM BEWARE!

SCAM BEWARE!! All the prior complaints are accurate. I ordered the “Sonia lace-up leather ankle boots and they are plastic and unwearable. They do not even have holes for the shoestrings!! I also ordered a mock turtleneck cashmere sweater. Cheaper than cheap fabrication, no tags, no indication of size or materials anywhere in this piece of trash garment. My bad for not checking this site out before ordering.

Bad customer service, only bot on the phone. You can't cancel your order and they are shipping from china fake products under label ash new york. Fake site with scam people
