DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered. The jacket I received looks nothing like it did on the website and the material is horrible. I’ve attempted to refund the jacket and they hardly answer emails and don’t have a way to do it from the website. Absolutely awful experience they are complete scammers
Do NOT purchase from this website. Total scam. Clothes/ shoes NOT as pictured and they DO NOT give refunds. They are in China! They offer a 10% return. Items are cheap and not as described. Customer service is an AI bot. WARNING do NOT buy here!!!
The boots arrived and are huge and not leather as advertised. They will not respond to my request to return boots that o received yesterday. I pray I get my money back. But after reading the reviews I’m not hopeful. Edit: Got a response and sure enough it's not free returns as advertised-- I have to pay for shipping to china which is ridiculous! This company is a scam- I looked up their address on theircwebsite and sure enough they are not on the list of tenants. Phone number doesn't work either! Scam
Can you give zero stars?Product is not even close to quality or style reflected in picture. When you go to the easy returns it is anything but...as they present themselves as US based, but when you go to return they tell you you have to pay customs, duties, tarrifs and shipping and return to China. My label clearly shows it shipped from Franklin Park, Illinois. I've offered to return to where it shipped not another continent! I am disputing with my credit card and will look to report their site to US AG.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING FROM HERE AND BEWARE...they will probably just create a similar site and sell from there.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star! In their business information they have an address in Delaware..they are actually based in Hong Kong!! My order had not shipped yet & I tried to cancel it after I found out they were located in China. They replied I had 15 minutes to cancel & 15 minutes had gone by. This info was not stated on their website. They state on their website the order will ship within 3 days & take 5-8 business days to arrive. My order took over a week to ship & I still can’t get any information on the tracking sight of where it is. I am going to go to my bank & file a dispute. Buyer Beware…do not order from this deceiving company!!
I ordered a jacket from AshNewYork, and my experience was very disappointing. Two reasons: First, the sizing was way off—the jacket fit at least two sizes smaller than advertised (XL fit like a M). What made things worse is that the return policy wasn’t clearly stated on the website. Only after contacting them did I learn that I would have to pay international return shipping to China, which ends up costing almost as much as the jacket itself.If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware of the sizing issues and know that returns are not simple or inexpensive. I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
Worst store I have yet to buy from. The boots that I bought took over 10 days to come and the smell was so BAD that I had to take them out of the house. They are cheap plastic boots at best. When I sent them as email to return this was one of the things they told me besides I would have to pay to shipping and custom fees to get a refund."Here we can refund (10%) of your total order value to your payment method. (Klarna, Paypal or CreditCard) Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. Don't tell me where I can give it to and then offer me a 10% refund. This is bad business practice. Stay far away from this company, what they show on their website is not what you get.
Would have rated a ZERO Star if available. Based on the beautiful pictures on their website, my wife ordered a blouse and a dress on 11/02/25 (Order #ASH98058). Immediately, they sent her an email confirming receipt plus offering her a 20% discount if she adds another pair of clothing within 2 hours. On 11/04 after reading the many bad reviews, she responded to their email offer by advising that she wanted to cancel her order. They responded on 11/05 advising that cancellation must be done within 15 minutes from time of order and she can return the items to their warehouse which they later divulged to be in China and shipping to be at her cost. Order finally received on 11/13. The items were made of very cheap materials similar complaints of other buyers. The pictures were deceiving. Because of the name being siffixed as NYC, people tend to believe this is a New York based company. This is a SCAM. I urge the public not to be victimized.
